Excellent service This is the first time I have used Bristol Gas and I must say the experience was brilliant. It was so easy to order my Patio Gas on line, I was sent an email confirming the order then an email telling me when the gas will be delivered and their delivery guidelines regarding my empty gas bottle that was being exchanged. As it happens I was here when the driver arrived and he was so friendly asking where did I want the new bottle. I will definitely use them again.

Keeping the old folks warm in winter Us olduns can go to bed at night and sleep reassured knowing that whatever the hazards there are out there Bristol Gas will always make sure we are kept warm and snug through the winter.

Very poor service Very poor service! They didn't say what day or time they was coming round like they emailed to say they would. So obviously I missed them . But I only missed them by 13 minutes and they couldn't be bothered to come back that day . Either way they didn't tell me when they was coming. And when I called to politely tell them what has happened there was no apology. Canceled the order will not go to them again. So sad as how Cole it is. They then replied to me lieing saying they didn't say they would contact me even tho they emailed me saying that . And they did NOT wait 15 mins at all! I text them 13 minutes after and they had already left, there reply is all lies

Really good service ! Can’t fault this company. Have used several times and always prompt. I order gas bottle online for my daughter which is easy. Will continue to use and would recommend.

Bristol Gas. Company you can rely on. Have been a loyal customer with Bristol Gas for well over 15yrs now. You do not place that kind of loyalty with non other than someone who deserves it and Bristol Gas fill that criteria. Staff on the phone are polite and efficient, delivery men are cheerful and always arrive when expected.
