GBWe were to have had a small unit and… We were to have had a small unit and they called two weeks before hand and asked if they could upgrade us to a bigger unit - I told them no due to the layout of our event. They needed the small unit for another event. They totally disregarded what I said and sent the bigger unit without telling us. I feel we should have been refunded some money since we did not get what we asked for and had to adjust out event layout at the last minute. We did not want the unit to be the first thing out guest saw when they came for the wedding. I find it very rude that they would call and disregard our request. The lady that called must think the customer does now know what they need or want.

GBI have emailed concerning the billing… I have emailed concerning the billing for MGough construction at 22 empire drive in St. Paul and the cost for winter conditions. Both units from On Site have been in a warm building since mid November. I did receive a call from On Site saying someone else will be contacting me, no call has been received. GBMartin is the one to speak to regarding electric matters with Scottish power I rang the Scottish power electric company for advice on my electricity usage and meter. I spoke with a gentleman named Martin. Martin was amazing over the phone. Answered all of my questions thoroughly, offered additional help and advice, did all he could to support me and my queries. I understood all he said and when I was unsure he was happy to repeat himself. He retains a lot of knowledge and experience and this certainly reflects in his work and the call I had with him. I have not spoken to somebody as confident, thorough and knows what they are doing as much as Martin does. I personally don’t like phone calls either. He understood this and helped me through all of my queries making me feel at ease. Such a wonderful man who is absolutely fantastic at his job. I want my feedback to be noticed as he deserves a medal for his knowledge in his job. So much better and thorough than anybody else I have spoken to within the company or any other company for that matter! Thank you very much Martin!
