GBWe were to have had a small unit and… We were to have had a small unit and they called two weeks before hand and asked if they could upgrade us to a bigger unit - I told them no due to the layout of our event. They needed the small unit for another event. They totally disregarded what I said and sent the bigger unit without telling us. I feel we should have been refunded some money since we did not get what we asked for and had to adjust out event layout at the last minute. We did not want the unit to be the first thing out guest saw when they came for the wedding. I find it very rude that they would call and disregard our request. The lady that called must think the customer does now know what they need or want.

GBI have emailed concerning the billing… I have emailed concerning the billing for MGough construction at 22 empire drive in St. Paul and the cost for winter conditions. Both units from On Site have been in a warm building since mid November. I did receive a call from On Site saying someone else will be contacting me, no call has been received. GBSuvking accounts -v- sucking waste They automatically suck funds from your bank account every month. Just like Clockwork. But they fail to suck the waste from their onsite toilets. When temperatures dropped, so did their clean out visits. I had employees making 10 mile trips into town to take care of their personal needs.

GBThe unit was on a construction site The unit was on a construction site, but the cleaning truck did not meet the specs sold by the company. The unit was nasty for weeks at a time with one thorough refresh in the total 6 months.
