OnSite- out of site!! We rented Onsite restrooms for our daughters wedding at our lake home. Everyone loved them!!! They were very clean and had all the paper products supplied. We highly recommend Onsite!

We were to have had a small unit and… We were to have had a small unit and they called two weeks before hand and asked if they could upgrade us to a bigger unit - I told them no due to the layout of our event. They needed the small unit for another event. They totally disregarded what I said and sent the bigger unit without telling us. I feel we should have been refunded some money since we did not get what we asked for and had to adjust out event layout at the last minute. We did not want the unit to be the first thing out guest saw when they came for the wedding. I find it very rude that they would call and disregard our request. The lady that called must think the customer does now know what they need or want.

I have emailed concerning the billing… I have emailed concerning the billing for MGough construction at 22 empire drive in St. Paul and the cost for winter conditions. Both units from On Site have been in a warm building since mid November. I did receive a call from On Site saying someone else will be contacting me, no call has been received.
