The company is so easy to work with, communicates with me leading up to my event, responds promptly and tries to make sure I have all I need and the contacts that I need during my event. Any time something hasn't gone perfect, On Site has made sure to help make the situation right or better. The staff is great!

Great Job! On site has been my go to for the last eighteen years. They are always on time and give us professional service. I have given them a number of different sites to set up on over the years, and they always manage well. Really have no reason to go elsewhere. GREAT JOB ON SITE!

We were to have had a small unit and… We were to have had a small unit and they called two weeks before hand and asked if they could upgrade us to a bigger unit - I told them no due to the layout of our event. They needed the small unit for another event. They totally disregarded what I said and sent the bigger unit without telling us. I feel we should have been refunded some money since we did not get what we asked for and had to adjust out event layout at the last minute. We did not want the unit to be the first thing out guest saw when they came for the wedding. I find it very rude that they would call and disregard our request. The lady that called must think the customer does now know what they need or want.
