GBGreat customer support I had ordered an indoor antenna which did not work well. I had left a review about being unhappy. The company immediately reached out to me, made some suggestions on alternate antennas, supplied me a return label and offered a refund or a credit toward one of the alternatively suggested antenna. I was very impressed with the customer service so I opted to order one of the other antenna and it works great. I get 4 times more channels than I was. I was getting about 7-11 channels on a good day but now get 42 and they are much more clear and reliable, even on rainy days. Thank you for caring about your customers.

GBThe antenna is damaged The antenna is damaged. One of the amplifier wires is broken. It’s not connected to the amplifier. I need a return label to replace it.
