GBGreat customer support I had ordered an indoor antenna which did not work well. I had left a review about being unhappy. The company immediately reached out to me, made some suggestions on alternate antennas, supplied me a return label and offered a refund or a credit toward one of the alternatively suggested antenna. I was very impressed with the customer service so I opted to order one of the other antenna and it works great. I get 4 times more channels than I was. I was getting about 7-11 channels on a good day but now get 42 and they are much more clear and reliable, even on rainy days. Thank you for caring about your customers.

GBWell I ordered the 900 mile range… Well I ordered the 900 mile range antenna, and I received a150 mile range antenna. I have called you all also sent two emails and haven’t heard back from you. I would like to be shipped the correct antenna and a label to send the other one back.

GBDid not work Received antenna quickly, installed it right away but could not get it to get more channels than 27 when our old antenna got 47 ...took all day moving it around to try and get more stations but didn't work , struggled to get local channels....their are no mountains to block signal, only got about 35 miles away no where near the miles indicated .....paid $60 for a useless piece of junk
