Great customer support I had ordered an indoor antenna which did not work well. I had left a review about being unhappy. The company immediately reached out to me, made some suggestions on alternate antennas, supplied me a return label and offered a refund or a credit toward one of the alternatively suggested antenna. I was very impressed with the customer service so I opted to order one of the other antenna and it works great. I get 4 times more channels than I was. I was getting about 7-11 channels on a good day but now get 42 and they are much more clear and reliable, even on rainy days. Thank you for caring about your customers.
