GBI placed an order on July 7 I placed an order on July 7, according to the receipt, ship date was July 22. I have called and emailed numerous times trying to get a status update on my order and I have gotten nowhere. No return phone calls or emails. It's bad business to take a customer's money and then ignore them.

GBThey deserve a 0 They deserve a 0 ! Ordered June 30 and still no AC. Will not respond to emails or calls. Only the answering service anytime of day. I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission last week for fraud. I’m done with this crap. I encourage you all to do the same! That might get their attention if the FTC calls! I just want my money back

GBMost terrible company i have ever dealt… Most terrible company i have ever dealt with. I called and spoke to the ONLY sales and customer service rep Gary, he helped me decide which ones to buy, even got me the 5% discount, and then NOTHING. That was 3 weeks ago. I have called dozens of times, emailed dozens of times, got mad, got upset, cried, yelled, nothing. NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER. This company shouldn't be allowed to be OPEN ..You don't treat people spending their hard earned $$ with you business this way! There isn't even a manager to talk to . Just This GARY person that is ALWAYS away from his desk, well, after you give your name any way....Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

GBAbsolutely Horrible Ordered equipment and have got the run around with no idea where the equipment is. Every time I call the Answering service says there is no one available and I would get a call back, ten calls later and nothing. I was already charged for the equipment weeks ago and now I'm not even sure if if this company is legit.
