They deserve a 0 They deserve a 0 ! Ordered June 30 and still no AC. Will not respond to emails or calls. Only the answering service anytime of day. I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission last week for fraud. I’m done with this crap. I encourage you all to do the same! That might get their attention if the FTC calls! I just want my money back

Buyer beware.... Shame on me for not doing enough homework online before using this company. Zero customer service. No one to talk to. A nice woman that works as their answering service was zero help. Placed an order mid July (2022)... still says "processing" on their website. The woman could not get anyone on the phone that is in charge of orders. Said they'd call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. She said the same thing when I just called again. Told her to cancel my order... "oh you'll have to talk to someone in the order department". Not sure how this company is still in business. Stay the F away from this one.

I placed an order on July 7 I placed an order on July 7, according to the receipt, ship date was July 22. I have called and emailed numerous times trying to get a status update on my order and I have gotten nowhere. No return phone calls or emails. It's bad business to take a customer's money and then ignore them.

Worthless company Worthless company! I purchased some furnace's from them. I was told they would be shipped the next day. It's been well over a month and still nothing. I called them 5 times and every time they said someone would call me back. Not once did I receive a call back.
