They deserve a 0 They deserve a 0 ! Ordered June 30 and still no AC. Will not respond to emails or calls. Only the answering service anytime of day. I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission last week for fraud. I’m done with this crap. I encourage you all to do the same! That might get their attention if the FTC calls! I just want my money back

I am having same problem I am having same problem. Will not answer my emails or phone calls. Worried if I order an air conditioner from another company, they will then ship the ac to me without notice and charge my credit card. Would cost too much money for me to return a 130 lbs. ac. But I cannot cancel the order because their website is not set up to do so. I also wished I had researched this company. What is so hard to reply to a simple answer of when will my ac be shipped. I ordered 8/3 and order said would be shipped 8/18, but it has not been shipped. Yes, just an answering service answers the phone, so she can't help you.

Buyer beware.... Shame on me for not doing enough homework online before using this company. Zero customer service. No one to talk to. A nice woman that works as their answering service was zero help. Placed an order mid July (2022)... still says "processing" on their website. The woman could not get anyone on the phone that is in charge of orders. Said they'd call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. She said the same thing when I just called again. Told her to cancel my order... "oh you'll have to talk to someone in the order department". Not sure how this company is still in business. Stay the F away from this one.

Online purchase attempt Purchased item which was advertised in stock and that day cc was charged. 3 days later called to see if it had shipped. Was told they would call back. Next day called again and they promised to call back. Couldn't contact the warehouse. 3 days later called again and she was very nice, just the answering service. Could not contact the back and said they would call. Contacted my credit card company to reverse charge.
