Power boost! Run Gum does a nice job of giving me a boost when I need it, whether it's playing softball, lifting weights or driving. (I'm 66 years old). I do wish the flavor lasted longer, and I wish I had a choice of flavors with my automatic resupply. I like the bubble gum flavor but it's not an option.

Can’t decide if there’s any energy… Can’t decide if there’s any energy benefit. Only used a couple so far. Longer runs will be a better test. Flavor is good. Until it’s not. Quite bitter after flavoring is used up.
