If you’re reading this don’t get the… If you’re reading this don’t get the fruit flavor. Mine tasted like sh!t, I don’t know what type of dark magic they used to make it taste so bad but I was gagging, I don’t even have a gag reflex. Just don’t buy this crap ever in your life. ACTUAL SH!T !!

Power boost! Run Gum does a nice job of giving me a boost when I need it, whether it's playing softball, lifting weights or driving. (I'm 66 years old). I do wish the flavor lasted longer, and I wish I had a choice of flavors with my automatic resupply. I like the bubble gum flavor but it's not an option.

I love my Run Gum! I'm so happy I found Run Gum! I no longer have to worry about drinking a pre-workout drink or anything like that before a workout or run. And I'm not a coffee drinker (just tea), so being able to get that extra energy boost when I need it with just a piece of gum is perfect. I always chew a piece before and during a long run. And I use it as a pick-me-up on those work days when I'm super tired or didn't get enough sleep.

Works as a combination sweat band and cap I bought the orange/red head scarf/dew rag. I wanted something that would absorb sweat on my forehead while also protecting the top of my head from the sun. This works fairly well. Could be a bit deeper. (I have a big head!) It works much better than my previous combination of a cap (does not by itself help with forehead sweat) and a scarf tied around the head (does not by itself cover the top of my head.) I'm going to buy one or two more. Love the vibrant colors!
