This was my baby's first grooming… This was my baby's first grooming session Thank u guys for the fantastic job My baby was at ease. Normally she wil be barking continously but she was in excellent hands I recommend everyone that has a fur baby to use these services 😉

Not Satisfied I have previously used groom room but this time I was not satisfied with service. My dog was nervous this time so did cause issues for staff but previous staff had no problems. They did not seem experienced with large dogs. I requested shedding but it did not look as though this had been done as she was still heavily shedding hair. Previously her coat has been wonderful, soft and shiny but not this time. I've had better results when I've washed her myself.

100% satisfaction everytime!! my 7 month old dachshund has been groomed here since 3.5 months old, always come out the cleanest, freshest pup i’ve ever known thanks to the wonderful people that groom her, couldn’t wish for a better place to take her to, thankyou everyone that’s looked after my sadie sausage :)

Excellent service Excellent service, staff very kind and caring. My only concern is that the price is going to increase by £6 per dog next time, and I have two.! Excessive rise I think, as a pensioner I will have to look for cheaper grooming, which will be a shame.
