I have used the groom room before and… I have used the groom room before and as usual it was a good service. The staff are always friendly and you can see they genuinely love the dogs. My dog went in on time and was ready on time. I use the groom room because my dog is always well bathed and always fully dried which some groomers don’t always manage to do. Nothing worse than the smell of wet dog! My only criticism was the extra charge of £3 for the hypoallergenic shampoo my dog has to have. I think to charge an extra £3 for a small amount of shampoo in my opinion is unreasonable when they should cater for this as there are many dogs that suffer with skin conditions.

There was an issue with communication… There was an issue with communication regarding if the dog was available for collection - this meant walking home and returning straight away. Also the puppy trim was not very good and the dog had been shaved in one area

Excellent service as always Excellent service as always. Always ring you to remind you beforehand and they ring you about any changes to the groom.
