GBI had both my dogs in here I had both my dogs in here, I was greeted politely and given all the information I needed to be told. 1 of my dogs was nervous going in so the lady allowed me to walk in with her.

GBExcellent service Excellent service, staff very kind and caring. My only concern is that the price is going to increase by £6 per dog next time, and I have two.! Excessive rise I think, as a pensioner I will have to look for cheaper grooming, which will be a shame.

GBGroom We were over charged, and the online booking, didn’t inform they couldn’t strip our dog on the day we booked. So the groom we had was an awful trim. Then charged £58 for a small dog. Disgusting after service trying to complain about this. All round bad experience
