I have used the groom room before and… I have used the groom room before and as usual it was a good service. The staff are always friendly and you can see they genuinely love the dogs. My dog went in on time and was ready on time. I use the groom room because my dog is always well bathed and always fully dried which some groomers don’t always manage to do. Nothing worse than the smell of wet dog! My only criticism was the extra charge of £3 for the hypoallergenic shampoo my dog has to have. I think to charge an extra £3 for a small amount of shampoo in my opinion is unreasonable when they should cater for this as there are many dogs that suffer with skin conditions.

Tamworth store I have been having my 1 year old dog groomed by Chelsea at the Tamworth store since she was 5 months old. I trust her implicitly and my dog always looks stunning when she's been groomed.

Excellent service as always Excellent service as always. Always ring you to remind you beforehand and they ring you about any changes to the groom.

Maddie is a Star! Maddie made our visit stress free and seamless from start to finish. She is an amazing groomer - both our boy poodles look absolutely stunning when she has styled them. Wouldn't go anywhere else due to the care and consideration we have received and continue to enjoy here.

For £67 they haven’t even bathed my dog I’ve been charged for £67 for my doggie full grooming (she’s 11 kg, small-middle size). She hasn’t been even been bathed. I’ve explained them I’d like her fur to be cut short expect around her neck. They haven’t done that much apart from her paws. Her tail was barely touched. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s a proper rip off and I have been waiting for this appointment for one and half months. Very disappointed.
