I had a middling experience with… I had a middling experience with Smokingcats.com. The customer service from their team embers was adequate, however felt quite standardized. I found it strange that there was a lack of genuine character to the assistance they provided. The selection of products wasn't huge, but certaimnly had the necessary goods. Unfortunately, it was tough to find what you need. Comparing prices was difficult and impossible to do as they all seemed raather similar, although that could be just my impression. All in all, it was pretty avarage and certainly not the best but could have been much worse.

I showed him the picture of my broken piece and he immediately responded that he would send me another one excellent customer service I will be a customer for life

Easy to use website Easy to use website, clear pictures and information on products. Communication through emails is prompt. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was due to shipping time. Seems to be "shipped" by next day or so but still takes 5 days to get to you.
