Only delivered 1/2 the order order #SC8653 I ordered 2 packs of 3 burners each. So far only 1 3-pack has arrived. The e-mail in the main page is not working and is returned. I will deal with this on the credit card if I don't get immediate fulfillment of the complete order.

This is the second time I've ordered… This is the second time I've ordered from this company. Both times I received merchandise that was broken. Very disappointing. Secondly, this time they got my order wrong and sent me some stupid cat paw pipe instead of a glass bubbler. This cat paw pipe was a pathetic piece of trash compared to the bubbler I bought and then when I try to get in touch they make it impossible. I will never order from them again very unprofessional and all around bad company. They say they are American but I received my package and it was all Chinese newspapers inside for the stuffing. Very very very unhappy with my experience.
