I had a middling experience with… I had a middling experience with Smokingcats.com. The customer service from their team embers was adequate, however felt quite standardized. I found it strange that there was a lack of genuine character to the assistance they provided. The selection of products wasn't huge, but certaimnly had the necessary goods. Unfortunately, it was tough to find what you need. Comparing prices was difficult and impossible to do as they all seemed raather similar, although that could be just my impression. All in all, it was pretty avarage and certainly not the best but could have been much worse.

They sent me what i didnt order and it dont work Ordered a few glass pipes and just the plain ones 4 inch . Mark sends me ones with beads inside the tube and there unusable you cant even pull thru these things contacted him and he is being a jerk about this,, sad

Great company to order from Great company to order from. Good prices and free shipping unless you upgrade. I have never had a problem with an order and every time I have placed one they give an Est time for shipping and arrival. The Est is pretty fast itself but The order is always shipped and makes it here well before that time. if you have questions they have good customer service. Overall a great experience every order!!
