Our custom order was delivered on the early side of the promised time frame. The bar stools are of very high quality and look fantastic.

Love My Retro Diner Table and Chairs From American Chairs!!!!!!! I waited a long time(few years) to place my order for a custom diner table and chair set due to changes happening in my personal life. I was drooling over the options available for a long long time and wanted them so badly so when I actually got them I was so thrilled!!!! Not only did I receive the chairs earlier than expected they looked amazing! When I received the table it was very well packaged and had a safe journey. I am so grateful that I was able to fulfill my order and that it turned out to be everything I hoped for and more! I love them so much!!

They informed me of the timeframe they would need to complete what I had planned and delivered the finished products on time and on the date I would be available to receive them! Oops. So the original ordered color laminate was not available but unfortunately the replacement color was used to make the table. We unfortunately did not get notified. Once we talked with Brad he made it completely right even to the point of asking us to donate the first table to charity since return shipping was impractical. Great company and people to deal with.
