We were a little late getting the order in and really hoping for Christmas delivery, delivered with time to spare. Brad, our sales rep, was easy to work with, very responsive, and provided all the information and samples we needed to build our perfect bar stool. Our custom order was delivered on the early side of the promised time frame. The bar stools are of very high quality and look fantastic.

Oops. So the original ordered color laminate was not available but unfortunately the replacement color was used to make the table. We unfortunately did not get notified. Once we talked with Brad he made it completely right even to the point of asking us to donate the first table to charity since return shipping was impractical. Great company and people to deal with.
