GBOops. So the original ordered color laminate was not available but unfortunately the replacement color was used to make the table. We unfortunately did not get notified. Once we talked with Brad he made it completely right even to the point of asking us to donate the first table to charity since return shipping was impractical. Great company and people to deal with.

But, they kept me informed while they were being upholstered, delivered them sooner than the expected completion date, and made sure I loved the set. GBTiming of shipment was quicker than… Timing of shipment was quicker than expected! We needed retro chairs for our retro dining table and American Chairs had just what we wanted. I love the chairs that we received! They are comfortable and beautiful! We look forward to a lifetime of using them.

Brad, our sales rep, was easy to work with, very responsive, and provided all the information and samples we needed to build our perfect bar stool. Our custom order was delivered on the early side of the promised time frame. The bar stools are of very high quality and look fantastic.
