Timing of shipment was quicker than… Timing of shipment was quicker than expected! We needed retro chairs for our retro dining table and American Chairs had just what we wanted. I love the chairs that we received! They are comfortable and beautiful! We look forward to a lifetime of using them.

I now have the beautiful, durable, comfortable retro diner set I’ve been wanting for a couple of decades thanks to American Chairs. I purchased a retro dining table and four Ricky chairs from American Chairs and am incredibly happy I did. They are high quality, heavy duty, beautiful, and the chairs are very comfortable. On the initial shipment FedEx damaged the table during shipping. I notified American Chairs, sent them pictures of the damaged crate and table, and they immediately sent me a new table top. I’m very impressed with the quality of the table and chairs, and with the company and customer service.

From start to finish American Chairs… From start to finish American Chairs made sure that they understood my plan for a retro diner table and chairs. They informed me of the timeframe they would need to complete what I had planned and delivered the finished products on time and on the date I would be available to receive them! A professional company that cares for their customer!

Oops. So the original ordered color laminate was not available but unfortunately the replacement color was used to make the table. We unfortunately did not get notified. Once we talked with Brad he made it completely right even to the point of asking us to donate the first table to charity since return shipping was impractical. Great company and people to deal with.

A++ Love the Furniture Everything was great about American Chair. They responded quickly to each question I had and communicated clearly. The furniture arrived in perfect condition and everything we ordered is beautiful! The furniture is solid and well built. I can't say enough good things about it. We are super happy with the purchase.
