Delivery process & Damage Policy The merchandise was fine. But the scheduling and delivery processes can be a nightmare. Also, your policy on returning damaged merchandise cannot be done. I had two deliveries Number 1 I received a email notice of delivery less than 48 hours before delivery. I had no input on the delivery decision. I tried to reschedule or cancel the delivery through your company and UPS WITHOUT SUCCESS. A LARGE BOX WITH 2 chairs was dropped at my doorstep. NO ONE WAS HOME! Delivery 2 made about 2 weeks after 3/14. I received a call asking me when the delivery could be scheduled. The driver called me when he was within 40 min. Of my home. Everything went well. I accepted the two boxes and the driver left in my garage. Your company states in writing that unless merchandise is inspected before the driver leaves it would it be it hard to prove that it was not customer caused. This advisory cannot be done. On delivery #1 impossible! Delivery 2 the driver could not wait for me to unbox, lift and inspect a large table weighing more than 50 pounds. Repeat for a separate box holding the 4 legs. l'm pleased that there was no damage. Please do not send me a review form for the second delivery. I rate it 5-stars.

I now have the beautiful, durable, comfortable retro diner set I’ve been wanting for a couple of decades thanks to American Chairs. I purchased a retro dining table and four Ricky chairs from American Chairs and am incredibly happy I did. They are high quality, heavy duty, beautiful, and the chairs are very comfortable. On the initial shipment FedEx damaged the table during shipping. I notified American Chairs, sent them pictures of the damaged crate and table, and they immediately sent me a new table top. I’m very impressed with the quality of the table and chairs, and with the company and customer service.

Love My Retro Diner Table and Chairs From American Chairs!!!!!!! I waited a long time(few years) to place my order for a custom diner table and chair set due to changes happening in my personal life. I was drooling over the options available for a long long time and wanted them so badly so when I actually got them I was so thrilled!!!! Not only did I receive the chairs earlier than expected they looked amazing! When I received the table it was very well packaged and had a safe journey. I am so grateful that I was able to fulfill my order and that it turned out to be everything I hoped for and more! I love them so much!!
