The furniture arrived in perfect condition and everything we ordered is beautiful! The furniture is solid and well built. I can't say enough good things about it. We are super happy with the purchase.

Amazing customer service! What a fantastic business! I placed a very small order--two diner booths and one table--and was afraid it would be too minor for American Chairs to pay much attention to it. But, they kept me informed while they were being upholstered, delivered them sooner than the expected completion date, and made sure I loved the set. Exactly the way we wish everyone would run their business! The workmanship is excellent and I couldn't be happier.

Oops. So the original ordered color laminate was not available but unfortunately the replacement color was used to make the table. We unfortunately did not get notified. Once we talked with Brad he made it completely right even to the point of asking us to donate the first table to charity since return shipping was impractical. Great company and people to deal with.

Gorgeous booth Gorgeous booth! The colors, the materials, the workmanship and its very comfy! … We are thrilled with our purchase. It goes so well with our current dining set which is also retro. We ordered, and we’re happily surprised that we got it earlier than expected.
