The furniture arrived in perfect condition and everything we ordered is beautiful! The furniture is solid and well built. I can't say enough good things about it. Amazing customer service! What a fantastic business! I placed a very small order--two diner booths and one table--and was afraid it would be too minor for American Chairs to pay much attention to it. But, they kept me informed while they were being upholstered, delivered them sooner than the expected completion date, and made sure I loved the set. Exactly the way we wish everyone would run their business! The workmanship is excellent and I couldn't be happier.

Timing of shipment was quicker than… Timing of shipment was quicker than expected! We needed retro chairs for our retro dining table and American Chairs had just what we wanted. I love the chairs that we received! They are comfortable and beautiful! We look forward to a lifetime of using them.

Great stools, but... Great stools, however they all wobble on flat surface. I'll have to figure out how to level. If I find the solution, I will let you know so that your assemblers can be retrained in order to ship out a a more satisfactory product.

Love My Retro Diner Table and Chairs From American Chairs!!!!!!! I waited a long time(few years) to place my order for a custom diner table and chair set due to changes happening in my personal life. I was drooling over the options available for a long long time and wanted them so badly so when I actually got them I was so thrilled!!!! Not only did I receive the chairs earlier than expected they looked amazing! When I received the table it was very well packaged and had a safe journey. I am so grateful that I was able to fulfill my order and that it turned out to be everything I hoped for and more! I love them so much!!
