I placed a very small order--two diner booths and one table--and was afraid it would be too minor for American Chairs to pay much attention to it. But, they kept me informed while they were being upholstered, delivered them sooner than the expected completion date, and made sure I loved the set. Exactly the way we wish everyone would run their business! The workmanship is excellent and I couldn't be happier.

GBDelivery process & Damage Policy The merchandise was fine. But the scheduling and delivery processes can be a nightmare. Also, your policy on returning damaged merchandise cannot be done. I had two deliveries Number 1 I received a email notice of delivery less than 48 hours before delivery. I had no input on the delivery decision. I tried to reschedule or cancel the delivery through your company and UPS WITHOUT SUCCESS. A LARGE BOX WITH 2 chairs was dropped at my doorstep. NO ONE WAS HOME! Delivery 2 made about 2 weeks after 3/14. I received a call asking me when the delivery could be scheduled. The driver called me when he was within 40 min. Of my home. Everything went well. I accepted the two boxes and the driver left in my garage. Your company states in writing that unless merchandise is inspected before the driver leaves it would it be it hard to prove that it was not customer caused. This advisory cannot be done. On delivery #1 impossible! Delivery 2 the driver could not wait for me to unbox, lift and inspect a large table weighing more than 50 pounds. Repeat for a separate box holding the 4 legs. l'm pleased that there was no damage. Please do not send me a review form for the second delivery. I rate it 5-stars.

GBThe cat's meow! A wonderful experience ordering my retro table and chairs. Excellent customer service. All my questions promptly answered. Samples provided to help me choose my colors. A website that is clear to navigate and even has a "special price-ready to ship" section. Highly recommend!

GBGreat stools, but... Great stools, however they all wobble on flat surface. I'll have to figure out how to level. If I find the solution, I will let you know so that your assemblers can be retrained in order to ship out a a more satisfactory product.

GBMid Century Beach I own a sweet little mid century modern home in Florida near the beach and was looking for a 50's dining set made in America. I couldn't be happier with the results! I was sent samples of both the formica patterns and leather chair options and chose colors reflective of the shells and the sea. I reached out to Stacey to ask her opinion on color combinations that were right on track. When the tabletop developed some 'mystery spots' that I could not remove Brad sent a local formica representative to the house providing prompt resolution. The table and chairs are of high quality and very well made. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or their product.
