But, they kept me informed while they were being upholstered, delivered them sooner than the expected completion date, and made sure I loved the set. I now have the beautiful, durable, comfortable retro diner set I’ve been wanting for a couple of decades thanks to American Chairs. I purchased a retro dining table and four Ricky chairs from American Chairs and am incredibly happy I did. They are high quality, heavy duty, beautiful, and the chairs are very comfortable. On the initial shipment FedEx damaged the table during shipping. I notified American Chairs, sent them pictures of the damaged crate and table, and they immediately sent me a new table top. I’m very impressed with the quality of the table and chairs, and with the company and customer service.
