GBI got treated very well when I called… I got treated very well when I called to let them know that 1 of their products had broken and then I need a new adhesive tape to attach the pod to another phone case. It turns out my glasses were warranted for 6 months and their sending me another pair along with the adhesive tape. Is the best part no charge.

GBThe glasses broke within 2 weeks of the… The glasses broke within 2 weeks of the first purchase. The leg literally fell off without me damaging the glasses or dropping them. Then it took several emails to your company to receive a replacement because the first replacement never got to me. I finally received the glasses and now there is no case. It’s just too many hurdles to go through to receive the exact replacement of what I purchased.
