GBI got treated very well when I called… I got treated very well when I called to let them know that 1 of their products had broken and then I need a new adhesive tape to attach the pod to another phone case. It turns out my glasses were warranted for 6 months and their sending me another pair along with the adhesive tape. Is the best part no charge.

GBThin Optics - Great Product Support and Customer Service! The Thin Optics Readers I purchased came with a credit card size sturdy case, which I keep in a leather pouch with my mobile phone, so I am never without them. They are just so convenient and useful, where many people comment on them and I’ve subsequently bought a few pairs as gifts for friends and family over the years. They also came with a ‘lifetime guarantee’ too (if purchased with the case), where unfortunately after a couple of years mine snapped, so I contacted the Thin Optics Customer Service Team via e-mail in the USA and explained what had occurred. One of the team - Rhea, promptly responded and very quickly has posted a replacement pair out. I must say that I did wonder how good the guarantee would be, but this proved that they are an excellent company and support the product that they manufacture and promote - which I further endorse as a user, and can further add that they also provide first class customer service too!
