I was wowed by the online photos of… I was wowed by the online photos of tiles when searching for tiles for my bathroom. The Luna Sky tiles that I selected were off the charts beautiful. I was tentative about ordering online, not being able to walk around a showroom. But the tiles were delivered safely, only 2 tiles broken in a pretty large order.

Overall 5-Star Service… Loved the ability to purchase samples for reasonable prices. The samples were large enough to visualize how it will look. Ordered the selected tile and received quick delivery. Overall, awesome experience all around.

False Advertisment on Site I inquired regarding product SKU: TCROCIGRNI2040 and spoke with Samantha T. and wanted to order 1 full sheet 20"x40" and was informed they don't sell full sheets. I took a screenshot of the message on their site that says you can order "1 full sheet or box" but the only option available is to place an order for the 4"x5" sample size or box. I don't think they should be able to say you can order 1 full sheet when in fact you cannot.

This was my 3rd order with Tileclub and… This was my 3rd order with Tileclub and every time I got the best service and product. When my last order was delivered the rain was pouring outside and I was so worried that my paper mounted mosaics will get all wet. But the pallet was shrink wrapped so well that not even a single drop of rain got onto the boxes. The mosaics which I ordered look great and I am so excited to see it once installed.

Samples are so useful! I am glad Tileclub offers an option of buying samples before ordering the tile. The fist couple samples which I ordered looked nothing like I expected and it saved me a lot of trouble. I ordered more samples 2nd time and found a perfect tile for my kitchen. Both times my samples arrived in just 2 days and were packed very well.
