Prettiest Tile Ever! This is truly the prettiest tile I’ve ever seen. I’ve had it for almost two months and I can’t stop smiling every time I enter my master bathroom. It’s stunning, and everything I wanted; we specifically have the Emporio Green Onyx and Emporio Green Onyx Mosaic. I went through *so many* samples from other tile companies before finding Tile Club…and my only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner! We ended up using Tile Club for all 3 bathroom renovations, as not only were their tiles superior, but their customer service was also superb! We are so incredibly impressed and will continue to purchase from them for all our tile needs.

I returned unused tile I returned unused tile, they miscounted and did not give me full credit. When I informed them, they basically accused me of lying but "this" time would go ahead and give me credit, then they shorted me $5 because of taking the 15% discount off the already reduced resocking 15% price. Ordered $3000 of tile and one plate was even the wrong patterned tile. Will never order from this company again and will spread the word!

Absolutely gorgeous tiles, great service Absolutely gorgeous tiles, great quality and service. I brought pantheon for my kitchen backsplash and everyone as soon as they enter my house compliments it. And I’m going back for more to tileclub! This time for my bathroom remodel. Excellent staff and service to add to that. They even helped me load tiles to my car directly from their warehouse.

Stay away! While the usable tile was beautiful, I received 3 boxes of broken tile. They shipped out replacements promptly with a contingency and they also arrived broken! The tile is not packed properly with foam in between each layer of tile and the cases are put in packing peanuts instead of hard foam. The tile I used was very strong so I am guessing they are just not inspecting what leaves their facility. I asked for a credit for my time and energy for using the broken tile in my job and received nothing. End of the day the customer service is lacking and I would not order from again unless absolutely necessary, as it’s just a headache.

We were looking for a custom pattern in… We were looking for a custom pattern in green tones for our bathroom and decided to try Tileclub. They showed us the picture of the actual custom sample just in 2 days. The tile came out gorgeous and we are waiting for a final calculations from our installer to place the order. The whole process of explaining them what we want and getting the sample pictures was very straightforward and fast. Thank you!
