Fuss free replacement A replacement was given without much fuss after proper verification and a return label was given too. However, am a bit skeptical that there's already an issue with the ring/charger less than 4 months from purchase. So if the new ring needs a replacement again in another 4months, should RingConn review their warranty policy? As currently, the ring is only under 1 year warranty but this will not be reasonable if a replacement is needed every few months. So we will wait and see.

I ordered three rings I ordered three rings. One of the ring size was not accurate. There’s no way to return the ring. I was told that I cannot return the ring because I chose the size. Overall pleased with the device. The measurement ring and actual ring were delivered on time and arrived as promised. Setup was easy. The software is easy to understand. Device has worked as promised since I got it. It's great for sleep profiling, and stress rate when I'm not exercising. HR is not tracked well during vigourous exercise.

I was looking for other options but ringconn was unique due to the price, no subscription fee app and moderate design. The data and trend seems pretty close to my apple watch 9.I ordered the size 8, which fits perfectly. The only suggestion I can give them is to come up with some more options of the ring protector. It comes with 3 transparent one but I have recently ordered a different one from Amazon.
