Great tool to monitor my health I have been able to use the information on the app to understand how things are working with my CPAP. Also, after a recent surgery to see how low my O2 level was during the night after the surgery. I wish you had put a mark on the outside of the right that shows it is positioned correctly for reading. I tried myself, but nothing seems to stay on the coating. If there was a mark on the outside of the ring that would be towards the palm of your hand it would be easy to know that it had not twisted around too far.

RingConn is an excellent piece of tech RingConn is an excellent piece of equipment. That product does an incredible job and my wife is so happy. So why only three stars, ordered this over a month before it was needed, the size rings turned up 10 days of ordering, order the size with two days, had to double check with an email as it was not clear it had been order. Then if took three weeks to arrive from of all places, China. It arrived over two weeks late but had been sold as a US piece of technology. Not impressed it was a gift with plenty of time to arrive.

I never got the refund for returned ring The ring was adequate for tracking vitals. However I was unhappy with activity tracking. I requested a return within the 14 day window. They said they would accept a return but asked that I wait for the new release which would address my issues. After months of back and forth, me requesting a return and them sending a new release, they finally agreed to a refund. I returned the ring and received a " refund notification" on 4/10. As of today 4/29, I have not received a refund.

Fuss free replacement A replacement was given without much fuss after proper verification and a return label was given too. However, am a bit skeptical that there's already an issue with the ring/charger less than 4 months from purchase. So if the new ring needs a replacement again in another 4months, should RingConn review their warranty policy? As currently, the ring is only under 1 year warranty but this will not be reasonable if a replacement is needed every few months. So we will wait and see.

Ring Benefits The people I worked with were very knowledgeable and understanding. They took the time to answer my questions directly and provided me with the best product possible. I am using my Ring for weight loss and maintenance. It keeps a detailed measurement of my steps, heart rate, and O2 levels. The ring is so accurate my doctor is using the data collected to help monitor my sleep patterns and stress levels. I recently had surgery, and the Ring is a great way to monitor my activity levels as I slowly gain more mobility and endurance.
