Peter C. Many problems with the device... Maintenance after maintenance, replacement of sealing rings, etc. Lots to do. Support responds after long weeks.... Price to quality 1/5.

Sadly not as great as expected and advertised been playing around for a good month now. I also bought another one for a Glock 17 before and it was working great. But the new one I got for my Walther does not perform as good as the other one. For some reason every time I holster the gun, draw and try to shoot, there is no recoil, only after I move the gun around and pull the trigger again I get the recoil. It seams like the CO2 gets somehow stuck and does not "flow" when I change position form "holster to aim and pulling the trigger" right away. Which makes holster and draw based training impossible and NOT fun at all. Never had this issue on my Glock, might be a Walther specific problem but for that price I was hoping that it works as advertised. Fairy disappointing, sadly...

I love the product and the people were… I love the product and the people were super helpful!!! I only wish it was made for my concealed carry gun! But it comes in so many models and I know it’s tough to make something for all of them lol!

A truly realistic training experience! There was a site ordering issue when I first tried to order the silver package. Upon calling customer service, they researched the issue and closed the system for that package with a site message. The CS person was very profession and friendly and processed my order. I received the silver package within a week. There honesty was impressive and appreciated, and the CoolFire system is fantastic, as one can see from many YouTube videos. Great company and great product - I have already improved my training. Thank you CoolFire!!
