USWorst customer service ever Had the coolfirebarrel for my glock 45, I used it 3 times in 3 weeks n it fail on me. Had a hard time contacting the team cause they never answered the phone, recieved a label without instructions , Had to wait extra time to get instructions. .. I did send the barrel n it's been 1 week n they have not contacted me.. Really bad customer service. The worst thing is they are 4 hours away from. E

USExcellent customer service and product Customer service was great. They answered any issue i had the same day and followed up to make sure the issue was corrected. Product is also easy to use and is an excellent training aid

USHurry up and wait… Asked CoolFire the correct part number to finish out the extend co2 tank on the end of the barrel, still waiting over a month and 3rd reply asking for the correct part number, had to ask twice for an RMA after they gave me the wrong part number now I have to send it back.
