She always answers any questions I have and is great to work with. I have not received my products yet, but they are always top-notch. Some of the best safety lights in the business in my opinion.

Innovation at it's ALMOST brightest Pros: great equipment for volunteer first responders, security professionals, construction and specialty govt units. The idea is there and it's highly promising. Cons: CEO is focused on cranking out hits rather than perfecting already great products, needs more flash patterns, more vehicle specific products, external flashing capability (data wire products), handheld feniex one controller, offer a typhoon with boosted output amperage so there's no need for external relays. 👍

Very unimpressive This is the first time I used this company, not impressed!! Customer service is sub-par. As a new customer who spent a significant amount of money and was not satisfied to say the least and got the run around on multiple occasions!

Anas Kebir has been nothing but top notch Anas Kebir has been nothing but informational for all the questions I have had. Replying to emails have been almost instant with the answer to the questions asked, plus the follow up questions before they are asked. Always answering phone calls, I have yet to hear his Voicemail.

Your website makes purchase difficult. We first tried your products last year. We were pleased with the product and decided to buy more this year. Purchasing your products online is frustrating. I spent an hour trying to buy two spotlights on Saturday 3/2/24. I was unable to put in a different shipping address than the billing address. I tried getting an answer from the chat bot. it was not answered. I was so aggravated that I was moving on to another manufacturer. I decided to try calling help line. If it wasn't for the customer support person going above and beyond to help me, I would have never used your company again. Her name is Desiree. We like your product, but to purchase your product on the website is a nightmare. It makes me reluctant to buy from you again.
