GBOrdered $20,000 Stair Treads, Incorrect order Ordered $20,000 in wood stair treads. Some had some visible damages, so we ordered replacements. They ensured us that the order would be expedited and we could expect the replacements in 2-3 weeks. 6 weeks later we received the incorrect treads. They were "double checked" by Viewrail and for whatever reason they were not like for like. Our client has now made the decision to not pay us for the stair system and we are forced to eat the cost. View rail has yet to figure out reasonable solution for this issue.

GBADU Rod Rail Purchased a rod rail railing for the ramp leading up to the entry way on an ADU. Final install is very nice Only negative comment is on the quality of packaging of the order. The containers for the long items like the rod rails and cap inserts were marginal, with the boxes smashed and ripped. Fortunately, no items were damaged or unusable.

GBMade right on the project Quick update on an initial rough experience getting materials and communication with someone that can help on my cable rail project. Albeit a variety of items were missing initially and a bad post, they made right on it and replaced those units. The end result was a nice DIY projects, utility, and look.

GBShoddy Experience, Huge Price Delays in communication, internal miscommunications leading to significant delays, shoddy material, lack of important information...I am dismayed at the cost compared to the quality and professionalism. For the price, I would have expected that we would have been dealing with a company which would be eager to provide a quality product and expertise which would improve our project, not make it the incredibly frustrating, time-consuming waste of money that is has been.

GBOverall experience was great 👍🏻 Overall experience was great, everyone was very helpful.I had a little trouble with the instructions, which caused some damage to the oak sill I had made for the railing to sit on.The instructions never told you when or how to install the beverage hand rail,so when tightening down the stainless steel rods it caused the one post to be pulled in which pulled the anchor bolts to pull up & damaged the sill, they have since changed the instructions on when to install the top railing. The company paid for half of the oak sill.
