Chad and Jasmine were each incredible to work with in their respective sales and scoping phase, and the engineering, manufacturing and shipping stages. We received the railings earlier than planned, and they were just plain beautiful once setup. Highly recommend this company and I will definitely come to them for my next railing project!

Viewrail kit installation success! Installing a Viewrail kit was a great experience. Having never installed a rod-rail before, they thought of everything. Their instructions were easy to understand and follow. Logan Campbell was the best! He helped design our railing and followed-up on every step of the process. We couldn't be happier with the results! Viewrail is one of the best companies… Viewrail is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Viewrail in Indiana, me in Vermont. The entire experience seamless. Professional, excellent communication and most important got my dream glass railing exactly the way I wanted. The installation was a couple weeks early. The price was half the amount I received from a local glass company. Way beyond my expectations. Viewrail knocked it out of the park. Many thanks to the salesman, engineer and installer.

Made right on the project Quick update on an initial rough experience getting materials and communication with someone that can help on my cable rail project. Albeit a variety of items were missing initially and a bad post, they made right on it and replaced those units. The end result was a nice DIY projects, utility, and look.

Worst experience ever They are super super slow and they wasted us 6 months. We paid more than 20k as deposit and now after 6 months the project is still in design phase and production hasn't been started yet. I am considering how to get my deposit back. By the way, the designer rarely deliver his drawing on time as he promised. We have to chase him again and again. And the sales person recently didn't provide the price details to us until we asked 3-4 time and scheduled a phone call with him. I don't know what's wrong with this company. But I want to say, if you want a happy and healthy life, stay away from Viewrail.
