Ordered $20,000 Stair Treads, Incorrect order Ordered $20,000 in wood stair treads. Some had some visible damages, so we ordered replacements. They ensured us that the order would be expedited and we could expect the replacements in 2-3 weeks. 6 weeks later we received the incorrect treads. They were "double checked" by Viewrail and for whatever reason they were not like for like. Our client has now made the decision to not pay us for the stair system and we are forced to eat the cost. View rail has yet to figure out reasonable solution for this issue.

Worst experience ever They are super super slow and they wasted us 6 months. We paid more than 20k as deposit and now after 6 months the project is still in design phase and production hasn't been started yet. I am considering how to get my deposit back. By the way, the designer rarely deliver his drawing on time as he promised. We have to chase him again and again. And the sales person recently didn't provide the price details to us until we asked 3-4 time and scheduled a phone call with him. I don't know what's wrong with this company. But I want to say, if you want a happy and healthy life, stay away from Viewrail.

This was our first time using View Rail… This was our first time using View Rail at one our homes. We had troubles with our order and parts but, the View Rail team was nothing but helpful in making sure we received our parts in a timely manner to complete our project. Build time and delivery were quite fast. The installation manual that came with the order is amazing in detail and easy of understanding.

Chad and Jasmine were each incredible to work with in their respective sales and scoping phase, and the engineering, manufacturing and shipping stages. We received the railings earlier than planned, and they were just plain beautiful once setup. Highly recommend this company and I will definitely come to them for my next railing project!
