This company is legit If you’re put off by the price of cable rail systems stop contemplating and call. Buy once cry once, worth every penny. I’m not easily impressed so when I tell you this was one of the best experiences at every stage, believe it. User friendly at every level from ordering, design, shipping, delivery, packaging of materials, notifications, installation instructions, quality of materials, everything was top flight. Very easy to install for anyone with a little experience and modest tools. 10 out of 10

Viewrail kit installation success! Installing a Viewrail kit was a great experience. Having never installed a rod-rail before, they thought of everything. Their instructions were easy to understand and follow. Logan Campbell was the best! He helped design our railing and followed-up on every step of the process. We couldn't be happier with the results! Horrible customer service Send numerous emails, never received a reply. Finally managed to get through to someone at the company who transfer me over to someone who supposedly would deal with the request. God, voicemail and again no response. If it is this difficult to try and get a quote, I can only imagine how bad the follow up service and everything else will be.

It’s excellent It’s excellent. The only complaints I get are a lack of communication from the Viewrail team. Everyone needs to understand this is a premium product that is exclusive to a limited number of people. It cannot be rushed along.
