The pieces of glass all came in as scheduled, without damage. The treads were delivered in a perfect shipping container, in perfect condition, for perfect results. I don't usually order anything of import online- it's just too tricky to make sure you are getting good quality- but in this case Covid 19 delays forced by hand and I tried Viewrail online for 10 white oak floating staircase treads. ADU Rod Rail Purchased a rod rail railing for the ramp leading up to the entry way on an ADU. Final install is very nice Only negative comment is on the quality of packaging of the order. The containers for the long items like the rod rails and cap inserts were marginal, with the boxes smashed and ripped. Fortunately, no items were damaged or unusable.
