Shoddy Experience, Huge Price Delays in communication, internal miscommunications leading to significant delays, shoddy material, lack of important information...I am dismayed at the cost compared to the quality and professionalism. For the price, I would have expected that we would have been dealing with a company which would be eager to provide a quality product and expertise which would improve our project, not make it the incredibly frustrating, time-consuming waste of money that is has been.

Build time and delivery were quite fast. The installation manual that came with the order is amazing in detail and easy of understanding.

I loved the gorgeous design, the fact that she could install it herself. I also love that you got a personal touch. My husband and I built our current railing using the Viewrail tool on line and received a call from their team to help and review before purchase. The entire team at Viewrail was awesome- our railing showed up, we installed it and even created a reading look loft space for our kiddos. This is a high quality product you can install yourself at a great price... and with great customer support both live ans in video format. We love it- and highly recommend!!

Horrible customer service Send numerous emails, never received a reply. Finally managed to get through to someone at the company who transfer me over to someone who supposedly would deal with the request. God, voicemail and again no response. If it is this difficult to try and get a quote, I can only imagine how bad the follow up service and everything else will be.

The treads were delivered in a perfect shipping container, in perfect condition, for perfect results. I don't usually order anything of import online- it's just too tricky to make sure you are getting good quality- but in this case Covid 19 delays forced by hand and I tried Viewrail online for 10 white oak floating staircase treads.
