Professional, excellent communication and most important got my dream glass railing exactly the way I wanted. The installation was a couple weeks early. Does it right Viewrail helped us design a beautiful railing, even meeting with our contractor at a trade show where they both happened to be in town. The pieces of glass all came in as scheduled, without damage. This company is legit If you’re put off by the price of cable rail systems stop contemplating and call. Buy once cry once, worth every penny. I’m not easily impressed so when I tell you this was one of the best experiences at every stage, believe it. User friendly at every level from ordering, design, shipping, delivery, packaging of materials, notifications, installation instructions, quality of materials, everything was top flight. Very easy to install for anyone with a little experience and modest tools. 10 out of 10

Horrible customer service Send numerous emails, never received a reply. Finally managed to get through to someone at the company who transfer me over to someone who supposedly would deal with the request. God, voicemail and again no response. If it is this difficult to try and get a quote, I can only imagine how bad the follow up service and everything else will be.
