Does it right Viewrail helped us design a beautiful railing, even meeting with our contractor at a trade show where they both happened to be in town. The pieces of glass all came in as scheduled, without damage. The price was great compared to competitors and everyone from customer service all the way through the owner of the company were available when needed. Highly recommend.

It’s excellent It’s excellent. The only complaints I get are a lack of communication from the Viewrail team. Everyone needs to understand this is a premium product that is exclusive to a limited number of people. It cannot be rushed along.

The entire team at Viewrail was awesome- our railing showed up, we installed it and even created a reading look loft space for our kiddos. Viewrail is one of the best companies… Viewrail is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Viewrail in Indiana, me in Vermont. The entire experience seamless. Professional, excellent communication and most important got my dream glass railing exactly the way I wanted. The installation was a couple weeks early. The price was half the amount I received from a local glass company. Way beyond my expectations. Viewrail knocked it out of the park. Many thanks to the salesman, engineer and installer.

Ordered $20,000 Stair Treads, Incorrect order Ordered $20,000 in wood stair treads. Some had some visible damages, so we ordered replacements. They ensured us that the order would be expedited and we could expect the replacements in 2-3 weeks. 6 weeks later we received the incorrect treads. They were "double checked" by Viewrail and for whatever reason they were not like for like. Our client has now made the decision to not pay us for the stair system and we are forced to eat the cost. View rail has yet to figure out reasonable solution for this issue.
