This company is legit If you’re put off by the price of cable rail systems stop contemplating and call. Buy once cry once, worth every penny. I’m not easily impressed so when I tell you this was one of the best experiences at every stage, believe it. User friendly at every level from ordering, design, shipping, delivery, packaging of materials, notifications, installation instructions, quality of materials, everything was top flight. Very easy to install for anyone with a little experience and modest tools. 10 out of 10

Very Good Overall Product and Company The product has a great look, is durable, and they have good support. The prices for the viewrail components are not one of value but you must accept we are suffering with a recent bout of inflation and this product is a fine grade of stainless steel. I was disappointed in that the kit purchased to do the install myself was not returnable as had been indicated when I first purchased it; despite being in great shape (perfectly reusable) the company had changed its policy. At least I used it for multiple jobs.

The treads were delivered in a perfect shipping container, in perfect condition, for perfect results. I don't usually order anything of import online- it's just too tricky to make sure you are getting good quality- but in this case Covid 19 delays forced by hand and I tried Viewrail online for 10 white oak floating staircase treads. Excellent custom viewrail experience Very professional, technical, and efficient shopping, design, and delivery experience. Response times were very, very fast on every communication occasion. Build time and delivery were quite fast. The installation manual that came with the order is amazing in detail and easy of understanding.

It’s excellent It’s excellent. The only complaints I get are a lack of communication from the Viewrail team. Everyone needs to understand this is a premium product that is exclusive to a limited number of people. It cannot be rushed along.
