GBExcellent custom viewrail experience Very professional, technical, and efficient shopping, design, and delivery experience. Response times were very, very fast on every communication occasion. Build time and delivery were quite fast. The installation manual that came with the order is amazing in detail and easy of understanding.

GBViewrail kit installation success! Installing a Viewrail kit was a great experience. Having never installed a rod-rail before, they thought of everything. Their instructions were easy to understand and follow. Logan Campbell was the best! He helped design our railing and followed-up on every step of the process. We couldn't be happier with the results! If you are looking for an all-in-one installation kit, Viewrail is the one!

GBViewrail is one of the best companies… Viewrail is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Viewrail in Indiana, me in Vermont. The entire experience seamless. Professional, excellent communication and most important got my dream glass railing exactly the way I wanted. The installation was a couple weeks early. The price was half the amount I received from a local glass company. Way beyond my expectations. Viewrail knocked it out of the park. Many thanks to the salesman, engineer and installer.

GBOrdered $20,000 Stair Treads, Incorrect order Ordered $20,000 in wood stair treads. Some had some visible damages, so we ordered replacements. They ensured us that the order would be expedited and we could expect the replacements in 2-3 weeks. 6 weeks later we received the incorrect treads. They were "double checked" by Viewrail and for whatever reason they were not like for like. Our client has now made the decision to not pay us for the stair system and we are forced to eat the cost. View rail has yet to figure out reasonable solution for this issue.

GBADU Rod Rail Purchased a rod rail railing for the ramp leading up to the entry way on an ADU. Final install is very nice Only negative comment is on the quality of packaging of the order. The containers for the long items like the rod rails and cap inserts were marginal, with the boxes smashed and ripped. Fortunately, no items were damaged or unusable.
