The treads were delivered in a perfect shipping container, in perfect condition, for perfect results. I don't usually order anything of import online- it's just too tricky to make sure you are getting good quality- but in this case Covid 19 delays forced by hand and I tried Viewrail online for 10 white oak floating staircase treads. Fair price, quick turn around, good customer service. Wow. And Thanks. -R

Ordered $20,000 Stair Treads, Incorrect order Ordered $20,000 in wood stair treads. Some had some visible damages, so we ordered replacements. They ensured us that the order would be expedited and we could expect the replacements in 2-3 weeks. 6 weeks later we received the incorrect treads. They were "double checked" by Viewrail and for whatever reason they were not like for like. Our client has now made the decision to not pay us for the stair system and we are forced to eat the cost. View rail has yet to figure out reasonable solution for this issue.

We had troubles with our order and parts but, the View Rail team was nothing but helpful in making sure we received our parts in a timely manner to complete our project. High quality, easy to install with great customer support! I saw my favorite Instagram DIYer, Angela Rose, redo her inside stair rail system and knew I wanted to get Viewrail. I loved the gorgeous design, the fact that she could install it herself. I also love that you got a personal touch. My husband and I built our current railing using the Viewrail tool on line and received a call from their team to help and review before purchase. The entire team at Viewrail was awesome- our railing showed up, we installed it and even created a reading look loft space for our kiddos. This is a high quality product you can install yourself at a great price... and with great customer support both live ans in video format. We love it- and highly recommend!!

Horrible customer service Send numerous emails, never received a reply. Finally managed to get through to someone at the company who transfer me over to someone who supposedly would deal with the request. God, voicemail and again no response. If it is this difficult to try and get a quote, I can only imagine how bad the follow up service and everything else will be.
