Does it right Viewrail helped us design a beautiful railing, even meeting with our contractor at a trade show where they both happened to be in town. The pieces of glass all came in as scheduled, without damage. The price was great compared to competitors and everyone from customer service all the way through the owner of the company were available when needed. Highly recommend.

Very Good Overall Product and Company The product has a great look, is durable, and they have good support. The prices for the viewrail components are not one of value but you must accept we are suffering with a recent bout of inflation and this product is a fine grade of stainless steel. I was disappointed in that the kit purchased to do the install myself was not returnable as had been indicated when I first purchased it; despite being in great shape (perfectly reusable) the company had changed its policy. At least I used it for multiple jobs.

Professional, excellent communication and most important got my dream glass railing exactly the way I wanted. The installation was a couple weeks early. Overall experience was great 👍🏻 Overall experience was great,everyone was very helpful.I had a little trouble with the instructions,which caused some damage to the oak sill I had made for the railing to sit on.The instructions never told you when or how to install the beverage hand rail,so when tightening down the stainless steel rods it caused the one post to be pulled in which pulled the anchor bolts to pull up & damaged the sill,they have since changed the instructions on when to install the top railing.The company paid for half of the oak sill.

The treads were delivered in a perfect shipping container, in perfect condition, for perfect results. I don't usually order anything of import online- it's just too tricky to make sure you are getting good quality- but in this case Covid 19 delays forced by hand and I tried Viewrail online for 10 white oak floating staircase treads.
