This company is legit If you’re put off by the price of cable rail systems stop contemplating and call. Buy once cry once, worth every penny. I’m not easily impressed so when I tell you this was one of the best experiences at every stage, believe it. User friendly at every level from ordering, design, shipping, delivery, packaging of materials, notifications, installation instructions, quality of materials, everything was top flight. Very easy to install for anyone with a little experience and modest tools. 10 out of 10

We had troubles with our order and parts but, the View Rail team was nothing but helpful in making sure we received our parts in a timely manner to complete our project. Made right on the project Quick update on an initial rough experience getting materials and communication with someone that can help on my cable rail project. Albeit a variety of items were missing initially and a bad post, they made right on it and replaced those units. The end result was a nice DIY projects, utility, and look.

Viewrail is one of the best companies… Viewrail is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Viewrail in Indiana, me in Vermont. The entire experience seamless. Professional, excellent communication and most important got my dream glass railing exactly the way I wanted. The installation was a couple weeks early. The price was half the amount I received from a local glass company. Way beyond my expectations. Viewrail knocked it out of the park. Many thanks to the salesman, engineer and installer.

Ordered $20,000 Stair Treads, Incorrect order Ordered $20,000 in wood stair treads. Some had some visible damages, so we ordered replacements. They ensured us that the order would be expedited and we could expect the replacements in 2-3 weeks. 6 weeks later we received the incorrect treads. They were "double checked" by Viewrail and for whatever reason they were not like for like. Our client has now made the decision to not pay us for the stair system and we are forced to eat the cost. View rail has yet to figure out reasonable solution for this issue.
