Does it right Viewrail helped us design a beautiful railing, even meeting with our contractor at a trade show where they both happened to be in town. The pieces of glass all came in as scheduled, without damage. The price was great compared to competitors and everyone from customer service all the way through the owner of the company were available when needed. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever They are super super slow and they wasted us 6 months. We paid more than 20k as deposit and now after 6 months the project is still in design phase and production hasn't been started yet. I am considering how to get my deposit back. By the way, the designer rarely deliver his drawing on time as he promised. We have to chase him again and again. And the sales person recently didn't provide the price details to us until we asked 3-4 time and scheduled a phone call with him. I don't know what's wrong with this company. But I want to say, if you want a happy and healthy life, stay away from Viewrail.

ADU Rod Rail Purchased a rod rail railing for the ramp leading up to the entry way on an ADU. Final install is very nice Only negative comment is on the quality of packaging of the order. The containers for the long items like the rod rails and cap inserts were marginal, with the boxes smashed and ripped. Fortunately, no items were damaged or unusable.

Viewrail kit installation success! Installing a Viewrail kit was a great experience. Having never installed a rod-rail before, they thought of everything. Their instructions were easy to understand and follow. Logan Campbell was the best! He helped design our railing and followed-up on every step of the process. We couldn't be happier with the results!
