GBGood product, fast shipping Item shipped quickly and it does the job well. The pictures on the website didn’t really portray the item well, so I did end up with some unexpected, somewhat disruptive Velcro but it is not too difficult to navigate around.

GBI took several weeks to receive items… I took several weeks to receive items directly from the website. I feel the items would have been delivered sooner if I just would have ordered them from Amazon.

GBI never received the item! I never received the item. I called after waiting for a fairly long time. My order fell through the cracks and the customer service agent told me they were now out of stock for the item I’ve purchased and suggested I try one of their vendors? My order was canceled and I received a prompt refund. Wow! What a total waste of time. I’m a fan of their taco mag pouches and use them exclusively. I use them currently on 3 different chest rigs/plate carriers and 2 gun belts. It’s a shame that the customer service and shipping doesn’t match their quality of design and manufacturing. So, I went with another brand?

GBAs always High Speed Gear does not… As always High Speed Gear does not disappoint. As a Chicago police officer I am pretty hard on my gear. I trust HSG. Good hard use equipment.
