There was plenty of hardware and pieces of hardware to spare that were sent along with it, which is a really nice change since sometimes these things arrive with missing hardware. The service was fast and efficient and notification was accurate. I’m very happy with what I received.

Good I ordered an outdoor dining table and a patio seating set, and both came in good condition, but I don't recommend paying a $49 extra shipping fee for faster delivery. My furniture took the same time as the first one.

I thought, oh, no, I'm going to have to call back and repeat the process with another rep. Within a few seconds, to my delight and surprise, the rep called me back and we completed the process. The process was quick and efficient, which is something lacking in today's world, unfortunately. He was also very kind and polite. Thank you!

Incorrect Pricing The items I ordered were priced incorrectly and I was offered $10 off for the inconvenience. My order went from being a little over $400 to a little over $700. As a business owner, this is a mistake I would have expected the company to own and fix moving forward, but not make it the customer's dilemma. Wasn't a great feeling.
