What a pleasant surprise to open my… What a pleasant surprise to open my cinemaster 2 ! The quality of my new drone was far more than advertised or expected!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They claim to have drones comparable to DJI for under $500. They claim that their drone has a range of 5 miles, they also claim that their drone has level 7 wind resistance, they also claim that it has laser avoidance collision system. They also claim that your package will be delivered in 4 to 7 days, they claim their address is 50 Yates St. Denver, Colorado, 80219 with a phone number of 1-415-629-7474. I ordered this drone well over two weeks ago and it has never been sent and the BS. tracking number shows the location as being unknown. The address for Yates St shows a two bedroom house and the phone number that doesn't even work shows it as being a San Francisco number. Be very very sceptical of this company !!!

Excellent Drone Excellent Drone, very impressed with performance especially in windy conditions. Pics & video awesome as well. I’ve owned a few Drones from more expensive competitors and all I can say is that it’s Flightelf for me here on out.

Beware Beware! If I could give it no stars I would. The drone was not shipped in a box but in a package with bubble wrap and it looked cheap. It was not even the same model that I purchased but something called a faith flight. This thing would not turn on, so I reached out to them and got a blanket response to mail it back and they are not responsible for lost or damaged items. They refuse to pay for returns no matter if they send you a defective product. The address they gave me was an address in China and had a zip code that FedEx said was not valid. Also, to mail back to China would cost nearly as much as the drone. Scam... I wanted to leave a customer review on their website but funny how that is not an option. Interesting how they managed to have stellar reviews when real customers can not leave a review.
