DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU KNOW YOURE KEEPING THE ITEM OR CAN FIX IT IF IT BREAKS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Absolute farce of a company! Customer service is disgraceful. Warehouse is in Leicester but contacts are in either the US so communication is slow and nothing gets resolved within a decent timeframe. I ordered the wrong thing, rang their customer services and cancelled the order same day. Messages were not passed quick enough or to the right people and the items were delivered 2 days later (from 1hr up the road!). I wasn't home so couldn't reject the delivery which is what I was advised. I ended up paying to return the cables and controller but refused to do it tracked because that was almost as expensive as the items and now they won't refund me ANY MONEY even though they know what parcel to look out for, have all the details and the receipt but that's not good enough. I have spoken on the phone and emailed multiple people, multiple times. The solar panels are a nightmare to return as no post office/sorting office wants to hold such a big/heavy item so I ended up selling them at a loss. I refused to pay the cost of a courier with no guarantee I would get a refund as I have no faith in this company and they seem to do anything they can to get out of paying.

Eco worthy cowboys Ok I bought 2 solar panels from these cowboys when they arrived one has a dent in the side so I contacted them to swap the panel They won’t swap the panel just offering me £20 refund It clearly states in there returns policy that if it arrives damaged they will send for it to be picked up checked and swapped and returned up to yet this cowboy firm seem to not want to honour that policy And it’s the UK site I purchased from not the USA one

280ah LifePo battery charging profile issues Recently bought a 280ah LifePo battery & emailed both US & UK support on settings for charging using a Victron MPPT. I got different settings from the UK vs US customer support. Poor!

Fast, but same voucher issue The batteries arrived promptly, and well packed. I had the same problem as the previous reviewer though. They send repeated 'abandoned cart' emails, finally with a £20 off. But, despite what's in your cart, it's for a £500 minimum. If sending bespoke offers, they should match what's in your basket. They didn't honour it - instead sent a £10 code to use.

Faulty 100Ah LiFePo4 battery replaced Ordered my 4th 100Ah LiFePo4 battery from them. The first 3 have been fine (first was in March 2023) When it arrived it wouldn't give out any power, or take a charge (unlike the others). It took a few back and forths with emails, with slightly broken English / short replies, but they did send a replacement and arrived amost exactly a week after placing the initial order (so faulty battery and replacement within a week isn't bad). The replacement worked correctly and they said I could keep the faulty one. I dismantled it (not recommended), and decided the problem was a faulty BMS, I replaced that (£45 from AliExpress), and with the new BMS it seems to be working fine. Thought I'd add a positive review to show at least in some cases their support system works!
