And most importantly fast responses !!! I chose this company over two other cheaper companies for customer service alone

Overall experience was fine except delivery Ordering was good, customer service was good. But our material sat in a warehouse for weeks before being delivered because we were a rural delivery. It was shipped on March 16th, arrived at warehouse on March 23 less than two hours from the delivery location and was finally delivered on April 14th after 3 weeks sitting at the warehouse. And to make matters worse, the tracking information showed it being delivered each Friday after that and the dates changing each Friday morning to the next week. So we couldn’t even tell the school district a date of delivery at that point. If that is something that is a normal practice, it needs to be told at time of order. We were late completing a project and given fines for being late due to the materials not being delivered as promised.

Product arrived undamaged and ontime Product arrived undamaged and ontime. Install went very quickly. Instructions were a little vague on some of the installation procedures but we figured it out. Very happy with the results!

Even though the order was wrong when my team submitted it and it was in no way Sanymetal's fault, they were still kind enough to give us cost pricing on the correct pieces.
