Overall experience was fine except delivery Ordering was good, customer service was good. But our material sat in a warehouse for weeks before being delivered because we were a rural delivery. It was shipped on March 16th, arrived at warehouse on March 23 less than two hours from the delivery location and was finally delivered on April 14th after 3 weeks sitting at the warehouse. And to make matters worse, the tracking information showed it being delivered each Friday after that and the dates changing each Friday morning to the next week. So we couldn’t even tell the school district a date of delivery at that point. If that is something that is a normal practice, it needs to be told at time of order. We were late completing a project and given fines for being late due to the materials not being delivered as promised.

Fast and Easy There is now way I can express how truly happy I am with the whole experience. The ordering was very easy and the online design tool was the simplest I have ever used, they really set that up with the customer in mind. They state if you find a lower price give them a chance to match it and after several days of research they were the lowest anyway. Everything was packaged good and the shipping was fast with all the items I ordered and needed was in the delivery. I installed it myself and it was an absolute breeze for never having done this kind of project before. Thank you for being such a great company!!!
