My experience with Sanymetal was great My experience with Sanymetal was great! From the first day I spoke to a sales associate until the day I received the finished product, the process was smooth and efficient. My one suggestion would be that perhaps there should be two people on the delivery truck since the stalls are quite heavy for just one person. But even with that, the delivery was great! I have no complaints about any part of the process. I will enthusiastically recommend this company to other potential clients! Job well done!!!

Wonderful customer service Wonderful customer service, quality products and fantastic delivery times. They worked with us from start to finish and even helped us with solutions that helped us deal with our uneven walls and foundation. The finished products look like they were custom made for our space. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them and their products!

Overall experience was fine except delivery Ordering was good, customer service was good. But our material sat in a warehouse for weeks before being delivered because we were a rural delivery. It was shipped on March 16th, arrived at warehouse on March 23 less than two hours from the delivery location and was finally delivered on April 14th after 3 weeks sitting at the warehouse. And to make matters worse, the tracking information showed it being delivered each Friday after that and the dates changing each Friday morning to the next week. So we couldn’t even tell the school district a date of delivery at that point. If that is something that is a normal practice, it needs to be told at time of order. We were late completing a project and given fines for being late due to the materials not being delivered as promised.
