Giorgi who was the person I worked with… Giorgi who was the person I worked with on getting my uniforms ordered was amazing!!! She was prompt in answering my questions and helped me work through my order to get it placed on time. It was a great experience!

I would never pay this company one more… I would never pay this company one more dollar. I paid them over $300 for several shirts and hoodies. I never received them. Fed ex said they delivered them but I never got them and the owner basically said sorry we sent them file a homeowners claim. This company is confused on what fulfilling an order means!!

Honest Company That Continues to Improve Addix/Great Atlantic Outfitters produces great quality items. We love our account representative Teresa who does her absolute best to provide up to date and correct information and she is always available to assist with a smile. However, beware that deadlines are merely guidelines and are often missed with no warning. They have struggled since the pandemic to keep schedules and at times have seen quality lapses – they are under new management in 2022 and we are excited to see how they will continue to improve

Customer Service at its BEST I have been working with this group and can't rave enough about them. Customer Service is amazing, Orders are always accurate with over 120 employees each time. They spend time to go over the products and make sure you are getting what you want.

I've been buying Addix Sportwear… I've been buying Addix Sportwear products for a while. They do an excellent job at reasonable costs. Nonetheless, their staff and consistency set them apart. Terri, the office manager, is an absolute gem who never fails to be helpful. Grateful to have her on our side.
