I would never pay this company one more… I would never pay this company one more dollar. I paid them over $300 for several shirts and hoodies. I never received them. Fed ex said they delivered them but I never got them and the owner basically said sorry we sent them file a homeowners claim. This company is confused on what fulfilling an order means!!

From production quality to expedited delivery time and top notch customer service, these guys are without question the best vendor in sports apparel and gear. Since starting with Addix we’ve used them for years, exclusively, for all of our team gear and couldn’t be happier.

Placed 2 larger custom hat orders Placed 2 larger custom hat orders. The 2nd order had a defective hat, reached out to the sales team multiple times for a solution to replace the hat (pictures were sent) only to be left hanging with no reply/solution. We will not use Addix again.

Customer Service at its BEST I have been working with this group and can't rave enough about them. Customer Service is amazing, Orders are always accurate with over 120 employees each time. They spend time to go over the products and make sure you are getting what you want.

I absolutely LOVE working with the… I absolutely LOVE working with the people at Great Atlantic Outfitters, that’s now a part of Addix Sportswear!! Bob and his team are so helpful and do more than just print your items. They proofread (and caught an error for me, saved me hundreds!), give suggestions and can edit your logos some so you don’t have to keep going back to your designer. I 100% recommend them!!
