Great product I needed a small diameter coupler to fit recessed grease zeros on my loader and these were just what I needed

Water hose into an air hose ! Had to make extra purchases to convert into a 1/2" Waterhouse and I couldn't be happier! Bought 2 and the lightness of carrying such a light hose with the same water pressure....brilliantly made! This is pricey but it's one buy for life.

Doesn’t include screws Beware, there are no screws to mount hose reels. The customer support from Ed out of the Florida office was non existent. One reply I got was they never plan on including screws, and they are a top manufacturer worldwide so they don’t need to supply screws. If you have ever called Chewy or Amazon for support, Macnaught is the opposite. Edit After Reply: It does not show there are no screws on the website when you buy. Kind of pointless for it to be in the instruction manual as you would already have purchased the product. For a $250 reel you should have all the parts. That means screws for standard installations. Most people probably aren’t mounting garden house to metal but even so, why not include all parts? Now the reel is sitting outside on the floor until I can make time to go to hardware store. Plus it doesn’t say what size is needed, so I have to do a lot of figuring out. Might be best if we just return it, there are tons of these type reels on the market, but yours is literally the most expensive out there that I found, and it’s missing screws.

Love it! So far so good! Had it for a couple weeks and it works exactly as advertised. It is about 30 lbs and very large. It releases and retracts properly and moves side to side. It was shipped immediately and arrived with no issues.
