GBAmazing customer service and excellent quality I was hesitant about ordering from ulamp given their unbelievable pricing - my product was less than half the price of the same lighting sold by a well recognized furniture retailer. I got exactly what I ordered and shipment arrived faster than expected…all the more amazing since customer service notified me proactively that UPS had lost my package. They promptly replaced my order and I was honestly none the wiser. I only realized the potential issue after the original shipment arrived a month later. I’m looking forward to ordering more lights from Ulamp.

GBI did hire a handyman to install it I did hire a handyman to install it. It was done in an hour or so. Its glamorous and so bright! No broken parts; everything was perfect! I highly recommend this product!
