I got exactly what I ordered and shipment arrived faster than expected…all the more amazing since customer service notified me proactively that UPS had lost my package. They promptly replaced my order and I was honestly none the wiser. I only realized the potential issue after the original shipment arrived a month later. I’m looking forward to ordering more lights from Ulamp.
