Customer Service and the glasses are wonderful. I had a problem with my lenses, due to my own error in ordering. I hadn’t paid for the additional warranty because I had never had any problems with the glasses I’d ordered previously. (I’ve been ordering from Payne for several years already.) I contact Customer Service and they made a one-time exception for me. I received full credit and ordered a replacement pair that were perfect. I received them today. I’m very happy with Payne Glasses and have recommended them to all my friends!

Use this website, and you'll always be Happy !! I have been using Payne Glasses for a couple of years now. I absolutely love this website, and honestly I'm happier with these glasses, than anything I get locally. I've decided next year, I will get all of my glasses through them, instead of one locally, and my others through Payne.

Payne is the only way to go I have been getting my multifocal glasses , computer glasses and sunglasses from Payne for some years now and every single pair are too quality and arrive in their protective cases too. Payne is the best of the Internet eyeglass vendors. For the most part, I use Payne Glasses for all my eyeglass purchases. I have tried other vendors bit have been dissatisfied. Although my very favorite frames have been discontinued (Classic Dusk in all colors). I have purchased a few other frames that I like.
