Unfortunately, transportation issues resulted in damage to the accessories. I emailed Josenert's customer service center, and as soon as they were informed of the problem, they set up a replacement right away. I got the perfect wall sconce. Technical Support Online Service is excellent and timely I finally found a chandelier that fits my living room perfectly, this chandelier is great, beautiful & stylish, I couldn't help installing the chandelier when I received it. but all of the parts I finished, but the six bulbs part didn't light.
