GBExcellent After-sales Service I recently bought a wall sconce from Josenart. I didn’t have to wait too long to receive this wall sconce. Unfortunately, transportation issues resulted in damage to the accessories. I emailed Josenert's customer service center, and as soon as they were informed of the problem, they set up a replacement right away. I got the perfect wall sconce. In the end, I want to thank Ella for helping me address this issue.
