Technical Support Online Service is excellent and timely I finally found a chandelier that fits my living room perfectly, this chandelier is great, beautiful & stylish, I couldn't help installing the chandelier when I received it. but all of the parts I finished, but the six bulbs part didn't light. I contacted the customer service center of their electrical engineer was online to solve the problem for me, it turned out that I had installed the wires wrongly, and according to the technical support and Installation Instructions from the electrical engineer, the chandelier finally started to work properly, thank you very much for BARRY and Ella's help!

Excellent After-sales Service I recently bought a wall sconce from Josenart. I didn’t have to wait too long to receive this wall sconce. Unfortunately, transportation issues resulted in damage to the accessories. I emailed Josenert's customer service center, and as soon as they were informed of the problem, they set up a replacement right away. I got the perfect wall sconce.
