The light is great but $250 for shipping?!?!? The light is great but, charging $250 for shipping is absolutely criminal. I accidentally completed the order without looking at the shipping and then saw it. I immediately emailed the company to cancel the order and got no response. Two days later the light showed up.

Do not buy from them I would not buy any light fixture from them. It is difficult it not impossible to get your money back if you receive a defect product. If you like their light fixture, looks like you can buy them from home depot. You would encounter much less hassle to return a defect product.

Replacement light fixture The process of ordering and receiving a replacement light fixture was fast and easy. The next test will be installing the light and then seeing how long it lasts. Hopefully, it will be longer than the original fixture, 2 1/2 years.

Gorgeous lighting from a reliable company Purchased a linear LED fixture for my dining room two years ago. Definitely a statement piece. Unfortunately one of the LED strips is fading. I phoned Vonn Lighting’s Customer Service and received an EXCELLENT response. I explained the issue to Andrew, and he was quite gracious. He asked that I email proof of purchase, describe the problem and send some photographs. I did, and in no time at all they shipped a replacement fixture. It’s so refreshing when a company stands behind its products. I will purchase my next lighting fixture from Vonn; their fixtures are beautiful and I know I can count on them.
