Gorgeous, modern, low-profile chandelier A chandelier that's perfect for our location: The minimalist design does not obstruct views from our windows. The range of light is excellent, from dimmest to brightest settings. After reading some reviews, I was nervous that installation would be a nightmare, but my husband and a friend had no problem. Also, very grateful to another reviewer who emphasized using care to avoid tangling wires. This was good advice because we didn't get around to installing the fixture for several months. Very pleased with product, but there is a downside: This fixture is one of those new LED types where bulbs cannot be replaced; that is, when the lights fail, the entire fixture needs to be replaced. I did not realize this when we purchased it. The good news is that the lights should last during our lifetime, but I'm dismayed that such "throwaway" fixtures are even being manufactured. And this chandelier was NOT cheap! For this reason, I am giving the product a 4-star rating instead of 5.

Saw a Vonn fixture at our local diner… Saw a Vonn fixture at our local diner and loved it. Unfortunately that specifically model was discontinued and we settled on this one. The fixture was packed well and very easy to hang, looks great, bright and comparable in price to local lighting stores. As a bonus, it literally came with white gloves to hang it. My only gripe is that the base could have been a little shallower. It sits pretty high off the ceiling, but I guess it's necessary to house the ballast.

Replacement light fixture The process of ordering and receiving a replacement light fixture was fast and easy. The next test will be installing the light and then seeing how long it lasts. Hopefully, it will be longer than the original fixture, 2 1/2 years.

Light not as in pictures I like the lamp! But the light is not right... very white, sort of what they have in doctors' offices. I didn't notice the tone of light until I actually installed it, and when I called VONN they said I could not return it because it was not in "re-sellable condition", meaning they take better care of their sales than keeping their customers happy.

Incredible lighting Incredible lighting. Customer service AFTER the sale is as good or better then before the sale. Just purchased my 6th Vonn lighting fixture. Would have no other.
