Beautiful playmats! We ordered 3 standard stitched playmats, and all 3 of them are gorgeous -- extremely happy with them! :) They're a little thinner than our UltraPro mats, but that's not necessarily a bad thing and shouldn't affect their use. Our order took around 2 weeks to arrive from the time we placed it to arrival in Canada.

Glitches in the confirmation emails… Glitches in the confirmation emails caused some delay in response. But customer support was excellent. Art work on the mat is impeccable but the play areas I paid extra for leave a lot to be desired.

You customer service is good You customer service is good, the only issue of I had any and what could help improve the customer experience would be to have a more customizable at experience. I see the that you have the ability to add gamer spaces on the mat with only one option if style. If there were more options and the spaces were customizable it would be more tempting to select that option. Also better more detailed instructions about color space and size of picture for the mat would also be more helpful. These suggestions may be coming from a place of ignorance but perhaps these details if already in place they are not apparent.

These mats are QUALITY Bought a mouse pad from you, great price, had it custom made with the image I chose. Holy ****, this thing is nice, lmao. I will be getting a tcg card mat from y'all soon after seeing this mouse pad. 6 outta 5 stars, I mean it. And I know it's out of your control after you give it to usps, ups, fedex etc. But it shipped to me fast as well. All around a terrific experience for a first purchase.

Quality Playmat Quality Playmat; picture came out better than I would have thought, incredibly vibrant. Only reason I’m not giving 5* is the excess of emails I’ve been receiving after ordering. Easy 10/10 product, would order from this site again.
