Poor communication or process. I placed my order on 4/23 (granted, in the evening) and 4 days later you tell me my order has shipped. In reality, you only shipped a small part of the order and tacitly informed me that the other part is backordered. I wasn't told that it was backordered at the time I placed the order or I wouldn't have placed it. I think that is poor communication and not a good way to treat a customer.

I'm a retired military police officer… I'm a retired military police officer and combat vet several times over. I also own a shooting range. The Vickers Blue Force slings are my go to slings for every AR build that I put together. Every other sling on the market is just trying to be a Blue Force. Get the Blue Force, it's worth the extra money.

Excellent products & Solid Service. Excellent products & Solid Service. I've been a BFG customer for many years and use their slings on all of my long guns and daily use many of the pouches and gear. I would love to see more inventory as BFG seems to be out regularly; but I understand business costs of inventory. I would also like to see Black Multicam as an offering on many of the pouches, slings, etc. Regardless, one of the best gear companies - both products & service - and is my go-to for needs.

Best in the industry First off, top notch stellar products. Their slings and sling hardware are second to none. Then, there's customer service. People like Matt who's always there answering the main phone line instead of an automated prompt. Something that's very rare for a company these days with this large of a customer base. The website is fairly new, and their partnership with Amazon Pay is as well. But, it doesn't change the fact that, too me , BFG has their customer front and center. Great company, top-notch products. And much deserving of respect and patronage, for being a prime supporter of mil/LE/first responders, and for designing and building products that are 100% made in America!

Very sturdy rifle sling that will hold… Very sturdy rifle sling that will hold up to heavy use. I really like how it has three different belts for adjusting over all length in addition to the quick adjust slider. Vickers sling was recommended by youtuber John Lovell - Warrior Poet Society. Found several listings on Amazon that all had terrible reviews and signs of being a cheap product. Almost made me choose another sling. So glad that I found the company web site and ordered direct. Option for metal triglides was good to see, just wish they had an option to get sling made canvas instead of synthetic webbing.
