GBPoor communication or process. I placed my order on 4/23 (granted, in the evening) and 4 days later you tell me my order has shipped. In reality, you only shipped a small part of the order and tacitly informed me that the other part is backordered. I wasn't told that it was backordered at the time I placed the order or I wouldn't have placed it. I think that is poor communication and not a good way to treat a customer.

GBBlue Force Gear is the best. I have deployed with Blue Force Gear and in extreme environments it preforms better than other gear. I am now in law enforcement and still buy Blue Force Gear. GBDisappointed in service Over a week and my order hasn’t shipped!! They of course charged my card immediately. They should wait to charge you at least until the item ships. Companies that use the state of the world as an excuse to not be timely are just taking advantage of the situation.

GBBest in the industry First off, top notch stellar products. Their slings and sling hardware are second to none. Then, there's customer service. People like Matt who's always there answering the main phone line instead of an automated prompt. Something that's very rare for a company these days with this large of a customer base. The website is fairly new, and their partnership with Amazon Pay is as well. But, it doesn't change the fact that, too me , BFG has their customer front and center. Great company, top-notch products. And much deserving of respect and patronage, for being a prime supporter of mil/LE/first responders, and for designing and building products that are 100% made in America!
