Keto helps improve marathon times On October 9th, I did the Victoria Marathon and cut an hour off my previous (non-keto) time. This put me 5th in my 70-74 age class. Today, I got another ribbon in the mail from BC Athletics claiming I was the top M70-74 Masters Runner at the BC Athletics marathon championship and they sent a 1st place ribbon.
