But my primary reason for using Diet Doctor each and every day is the recipes! They are all tried and true. Very flavorful and easy. Keto helps improve marathon times On October 9th, I did the Victoria Marathon and cut an hour off my previous (non-keto) time. This put me 5th in my 70-74 age class. Losing weight and keeping it off was what did it. Today, I got another ribbon in the mail from BC Athletics claiming I was the top M70-74 Masters Runner at the BC Athletics marathon championship and they sent a 1st place ribbon. Actually, it was the 4hr 30min pace bunny that did it for me, getting me my best time. The credit goes to him, not me. I have never won anything in running in my life.
