Keto, intermitterernt fasting along with increased activity (5-7 miles a day) and end August 2023 my Hba1c has dropped to 50 mmol/mol. Thats only 10 weeks!! Incredible results and very honest / transparent. Look forward to my next test which should put me completely out of the diabletic range if I continure as is.

I have reached out for a full refund and immediate cancellation. I never even received any type of welcome email or anything which would have been received had I ever signed up for anything. The people at the Diet Doctor are…fantastic. The people at the Diet Doctor are teaching the proper human diet and saving lives. I've been following them for many years and I am no longer a type 2 diabetic, due to their help! If everyone would follow what they are prescribing it would end chronic illness as we know it.
