The professionals writing the articles and making the videos share their knowledge so we understand why changing our eating habits benefit us. CAWell worth the membership I keep coming back to Dr. Diet, looking for simpler meals but all the other information is so helpful and well worth keeping my membership. It would be great if you can find some fitness professional to give advice on how to have a good workout in your 80's and achieve the best results, when one's body doesn't always want to co-operate. GBI’ve been following LGHF lifestyle for… I’ve been following LGHF lifestyle for 3 years now.. Couldn’t have done it with this website.. My husband and I love the lifestyle and find it easy to follow and adjust out favorites to low carbs. Mostly stay 5 lbs below my goal weight but occasionally stray.intermediate fasting bring me back.. My husband and I are 75 and very active. I have given cooking classes to friends, they love my cooking..
