Keto, intermitterernt fasting along with increased activity (5-7 miles a day) and end August 2023 my Hba1c has dropped to 50 mmol/mol. Thats only 10 weeks!! Incredible results and very honest / transparent. Look forward to my next test which should put me completely out of the diabletic range if I continure as is.
