MXI have been onboard since you folks… I have been onboard since you folks started and now all these years later I am still your biggest fan. I have recommended you to many people who have benefited from your support and I have maintained my healthy weight following the keto diet as prescribed by all of you. I salute your dedication to those who are willing to commit to your program. I will be 81 in December and my friends tell me I am an excellent spokesperson based on my display of good health, both mental and physical. My thanks to everyone!

GBFantastic diabetic guidance with advice that… Fantastic diabetic guidance with advice that actually makes a difference and works. I started in mid June 2023 with a Hba1c of 89mmol/mol. Keto, intermitterernt fasting along with increased activity (5-7 miles a day) and end August 2023 my Hba1c has dropped to 50 mmol/mol. Thats only 10 weeks!! Incredible results and very honest / transparent. Look forward to my next test which should put me completely out of the diabletic range if I continure as is.

CAKeto helps improve marathon times On October 9th, I did the Victoria Marathon and cut an hour off my previous (non-keto) time. This put me 5th in my 70-74 age class. Losing weight and keeping it off was what did it. Today, I got another ribbon in the mail from BC Athletics claiming I was the top M70-74 Masters Runner at the BC Athletics marathon championship and they sent a 1st place ribbon. Actually, it was the 4hr 30min pace bunny that did it for me, getting me my best time. The credit goes to him, not me. I have never won anything in running in my life.

CAWell worth the membership I keep coming back to Dr. Diet, looking for simpler meals but all the other information is so helpful and well worth keeping my membership. It would be great if you can find some fitness professional to give advice on how to have a good workout in your 80's and achieve the best results, when one's body doesn't always want to co-operate. Thank you
