Diet Doctor is amazing! Diet Doctor is amazing! A content-rich site, I am always able to find information about living keto, becoming more healthy, and intermittent fasting. But my primary reason for using Diet Doctor each and every day is the recipes! They are all tried and true. Very flavorful and easy. They are generally under an hour to prepare, start to finish, and when I serve these meals, they look professionally prepared. More importantly, my family LOVES them. Thank you, Diet Doctor! I’ve been following LGHF lifestyle for… I’ve been following LGHF lifestyle for 3 years now.. Couldn’t have done it with this website.. My husband and I love the lifestyle and find it easy to follow and adjust out favorites to low carbs. Mostly stay 5 lbs below my goal weight but occasionally stray.intermediate fasting bring me back.. My husband and I are 75 and very active. I have given cooking classes to friends, they love my cooking..

I never subscribed to this… I never subscribed to this service/website etc. They have charged me over $100 - actually, they charged my husband's credit card. I have reached out for a full refund and immediate cancellation. I never even received any type of welcome email or anything which would have been received had I ever signed up for anything. I will report to the BBB if necessary.
