I never subscribed to this… I never subscribed to this service/website etc. They have charged me over $100 - actually, they charged my husband's credit card. I have reached out for a full refund and immediate cancellation. I never even received any type of welcome email or anything which would have been received had I ever signed up for anything. I will report to the BBB if necessary.

I contacted them and they don't respond, and refused to cancel my fraudulent subscription or refund the charges. I plan to report them to the Swedish Consumer Agency. Do not work with these people, and if they charge you like they did me and others here, report it. Diet Doctor, refund the $198 back to my account immediately. There is no telephone number on the DietDoctor website for me to phone. I am extremely unhappy. I expect a response to this complaint from DietDoctor and a full refund. Jim Borgardt Update - fraudulently charging someone's card without their permission or assent and then offering not to do it again is not a solution. This is what you can expect from DietDoctor. Renew my suggestion to avoid them and their bad practices at all costs.

Fantastic diabetic guidance with advice that… Fantastic diabetic guidance with advice that actually makes a difference and works. I started in mid June 2023 with a Hba1c of 89mmol/mol. Keto, intermitterernt fasting along with increased activity (5-7 miles a day) and end August 2023 my Hba1c has dropped to 50 mmol/mol. Thats only 10 weeks!! Incredible results and very honest / transparent. Look forward to my next test which should put me completely out of the diabletic range if I continure as is.

Can you please refund the payment you took less the normal monthly charge of £7.14 after reading the reviews this seems to be an common recurrence.
