Shipping is quick, sample pack is awesome, but the king cobra supplement disappointed me big time for $59. The shipping is quick, the SAMPLE PACK that you can purchase for $19 IS LEGIT! However, the supplement that I ordered for $59 (king cobra) was not nearly what I expected. My usual pre workout drink works so much better. Other than that everything was great. It's my fault that I took a gamble on such an expensive supplement.

Horrible experience...i placed my order … Horrible experience...i placed my order on the 26th,around the 2nd i was wondering why i haven't received a tracking number so i email suppz.com and they tell me my order was under fraud review since my shipping address was different from my billing address...what..so why did nobody attempt to call me the same day of the order even the next day...then i sent them a email stating i would like a customer service rep to call me before the order was FINALLY shipped out 2 minutes latet i received a tracking number. Horrible customer service

Big ups to Suppz I order from Suppz roughly once every 3-4 months and am always incredibly satisfied with my experience. Once in a while something may come up like being out of stock of an item I've ordered, but they always make it right. Last order was wrong. Last 2 were late. My last 2 orders have been several days late with no notification from customer service. The latest order has an incorrect item, but customer service can only be reached from 8 to 5 CST. I liked the idea of free 1-2 shipping, since I'm in Iowa, but Bodybuilding.com has a warehouse in Wisconsin as well. They always deliver within 2 days and have never messed up an order.
