I sent them an email with a picture attached and they apologized and sent another can to replace it. I will definitely order from these guys again. I wish more companies understood that customer service is what wins repeat customers.

I have used this company several times … I have used this company several times in the past and always find myself back on their website. Really good customer service and good prices. I do seem to have issues with the tracking numbers they provide. The tracking number always says "Preparing for shipment" and never updates. I would like to see them bring back the Facebook coupon codes for their followers.

I began buying from Suppz because they … I began buying from Suppz because they carry Nutrabio and Kaged Muscle products. They are faster to ship these products than any other supplements e-retailer I have purchased from. Whenever I have had an issue, I've been able to get fast, courteous service fast. The only odd thing with Suppz is that they tend to be short staffed and delay shipping by a day or two during promos related to events like the Arnold Classic. Seems odd to run a promo then deviate from normal ship times because of understaffing. I've had two experiences like this. Products arrived only a few days later than normal, but now I make a mental note to order elsewhere when there's an event-related promo, which is only a few times per year. Otherwise, I'm a very faithful Suppz customer, and have no plans to change. Great small business!

Last order was wrong. Last 2 were late. My last 2 orders have been several days late with no notification from customer service. The latest order has an incorrect item, but customer service can only be reached from 8 to 5 CST. I liked the idea of free 1-2 shipping, since I'm in Iowa, but Bodybuilding.com has a warehouse in Wisconsin as well. They always deliver within 2 days and have never messed up an order.

Shipping is quick, sample pack is awesome, but the king cobra supplement disappointed me big time for $59. The shipping is quick, the SAMPLE PACK that you can purchase for $19 IS LEGIT! However, the supplement that I ordered for $59 (king cobra) was not nearly what I expected. My usual pre workout drink works so much better. Other than that everything was great. It's my fault that I took a gamble on such an expensive supplement.
