… I finally recieved my package I finally received my package, which was mistakenly delivered by the post office. The delay in delivery was not Suppz's fault. I understand the concern the company had about refunding or replacing my lost item. I honestly felt the situation could have been handled differently. The customer service level is very poor.

The prices are always competitive The prices are always competitive, but my last few orders have been slower to ship and arrive. Two of my order confirmation emails came immediately saying my order had shipped and gave me a tracking number. When I started tracking the next day, it kept saying the package had not been received by the carrier. After calling Suppz.com 2 or 3 days later, I was told one of the products in my order had been back ordered. So why did I receive an email saying the order had shipped and giving me a tracking number? I haven't been as eager to order from Suppz since that happened, at least twice.

Great service from my experience I see some mixed reviews but I can say they helped me when I made a mistake on my order. I ordered late on Monday night and received shipping confirmation from them the next day, I noticed by my mistake I had ordered all of the same flavor of protein when I meant to put 2 & 2 of two different flavors, I called and they actually answered with a living breathing human being and said UPS hasn’t picked it up yet and they will gladly switch them for me. What more can you ask for?

Last order was wrong. Last 2 were late. My last 2 orders have been several days late with no notification from customer service. The latest order has an incorrect item, but customer service can only be reached from 8 to 5 CST. I liked the idea of free 1-2 shipping, since I'm in Iowa, but Bodybuilding.com has a warehouse in Wisconsin as well. They always deliver within 2 days and have never messed up an order.
