Shipping is quick, sample pack is awesome, but the king cobra supplement disappointed me big time for $59. The shipping is quick, the SAMPLE PACK that you can purchase for $19 IS LEGIT! However, the supplement that I ordered for $59 (king cobra) was not nearly what I expected. My usual pre workout drink works so much better. Other than that everything was great. It's my fault that I took a gamble on such an expensive supplement.

Not as vast as some other sites but still I can get most items I want or need. I live in Delaware and my orders are usually received in 3 days which isn't bad at all considering the shipping is free. They also accept coupon codes which helps the savings even more. I foresee Suppz getting more of my business.

… I finally recieved my package I finally received my package, which was mistakenly delivered by the post office. The delay in delivery was not Suppz's fault. I understand the concern the company had about refunding or replacing my lost item. I honestly felt the situation could have been handled differently. The customer service level is very poor.

Last order was wrong. Last 2 were late. My last 2 orders have been several days late with no notification from customer service. The latest order has an incorrect item, but customer service can only be reached from 8 to 5 CST. I liked the idea of free 1-2 shipping, since I'm in Iowa, but Bodybuilding.com has a warehouse in Wisconsin as well. They always deliver within 2 days and have never messed up an order.
