Big ups to Suppz I order from Suppz roughly once every 3-4 months and am always incredibly satisfied with my experience. Once in a while something may come up like being out of stock of an item I've ordered, but they always make it right. Shopping is also incomparably fast, as all but one order was delivered within 2 days, sometimes even next day! Suppz has earned my support and is always my first choice in workout supplements.

They are faster to ship these products than any other supplements e-retailer I have purchased from. Whenever I have had an issue, I've been able to get fast, courteous service fast. The only odd thing with Suppz is that they tend to be short staffed and delay shipping by a day or two during promos related to events like the Arnold Classic. Seems odd to run a promo then deviate from normal ship times because of understaffing. I've had two experiences like this. Products arrived only a few days later than normal, but now I make a mental note to order elsewhere when there's an event-related promo, which is only a few times per year. Otherwise, I'm a very faithful Suppz customer, and have no plans to change. Great small business!

The prices are always competitive The prices are always competitive, but my last few orders have been slower to ship and arrive. Two of my order confirmation emails came immediately saying my order had shipped and gave me a tracking number. When I started tracking the next day, it kept saying the package had not been received by the carrier. After calling Suppz.com 2 or 3 days later, I was told one of the products in my order had been back ordered. So why did I receive an email saying the order had shipped and giving me a tracking number? I haven't been as eager to order from Suppz since that happened, at least twice.

Good prices, good selection I've ordered from Suppz twice now. Both times I received free shipping which is great. Their selection is good. Not as vast as some other sites but still I can get most items I want or need. I live in Delaware and my orders are usually received in 3 days which isn't bad at all considering the shipping is free. They also accept coupon codes which helps the savings even more. I foresee Suppz getting more of my business.

Great service from my experience I see some mixed reviews but I can say they helped me when I made a mistake on my order. I ordered late on Monday night and received shipping confirmation from them the next day, I noticed by my mistake I had ordered all of the same flavor of protein when I meant to put 2 & 2 of two different flavors, I called and they actually answered with a living breathing human being and said UPS hasn’t picked it up yet and they will gladly switch them for me. What more can you ask for?
