I sent them an email with a picture attached and they apologized and sent another can to replace it. I will definitely order from these guys again. They are faster to ship these products than any other supplements e-retailer I have purchased from. Whenever I have had an issue, I've been able to get fast, courteous service fast. The only odd thing with Suppz is that they tend to be short staffed and delay shipping by a day or two during promos related to events like the Arnold Classic. Seems odd to run a promo then deviate from normal ship times because of understaffing. I've had two experiences like this. Products arrived only a few days later than normal, but now I make a mental note to order elsewhere when there's an event-related promo, which is only a few times per year. Otherwise, I'm a very faithful Suppz customer, and have no plans to change. Great small business!
