Great service from my experience I see some mixed reviews but I can say they helped me when I made a mistake on my order. I ordered late on Monday night and received shipping confirmation from them the next day, I noticed by my mistake I had ordered all of the same flavor of protein when I meant to put 2 & 2 of two different flavors, I called and they actually answered with a living breathing human being and said UPS hasn’t picked it up yet and they will gladly switch them for me. What more can you ask for?

I have used this company several times … I have used this company several times in the past and always find myself back on their website. Really good customer service and good prices. I do seem to have issues with the tracking numbers they provide. The tracking number always says "Preparing for shipment" and never updates. I would like to see them bring back the Facebook coupon codes for their followers.

Also they went above and beyond when a package wasn't delivered they went as far as to reach out to the postal service to see what's up. Also like their ability to make payments on an order. Which probably has me spending more money.
