This is my second time ordering from… This is my second time ordering from suppz. First time everything went as expected, great prices and selection. Well like every horrible review Well like every horrible review, mine is the same complaint. Slow delivery, poor (no) communication and an all around shady company. I guess I’ll be the first terrible review for 2021. Anyway, they made the shipping label for UPS but failed to take it to the UPS. So my order is collecting dust on their shelf. Maybe the owner of Suppz can spend less time complaining about the “Kung Flu” on Instagram (his words not mine) and more time actually working.

Good prices, good selection I've ordered from Suppz twice now. Both times I received free shipping which is great. Their selection is good. Not as vast as some other sites but still I can get most items I want or need. I live in Delaware and my orders are usually received in 3 days which isn't bad at all considering the shipping is free. They also accept coupon codes which helps the savings even more. I foresee Suppz getting more of my business.

… I finally recieved my package I finally received my package, which was mistakenly delivered by the post office. The delay in delivery was not Suppz's fault. I understand the concern the company had about refunding or replacing my lost item. I honestly felt the situation could have been handled differently. The customer service level is very poor.
