I bulk ordered some pre-workout from… I bulk ordered some pre-workout from these guys and one of the containers came with part of the seal open. I sent them an email with a picture attached and they apologized and sent another can to replace it. I will definitely order from these guys again. I wish more companies understood that customer service is what wins repeat customers.

I started purchasing from this company… I started purchasing from this company because of an online promotion. I've kept buying from them because of their customer service and price. Also they went above and beyond when a package wasn't delivered they went as far as to reach out to the postal service to see what's up. Also like their ability to make payments on an order. Which probably has me spending more money.

Not as vast as some other sites but still I can get most items I want or need. I live in Delaware and my orders are usually received in 3 days which isn't bad at all considering the shipping is free. … I finally recieved my package I finally received my package, which was mistakenly delivered by the post office. The delay in delivery was not Suppz's fault. I understand the concern the company had about refunding or replacing my lost item. I honestly felt the situation could have been handled differently. The customer service level is very poor.
