GBI started purchasing from this company… I started purchasing from this company because of an online promotion. I've kept buying from them because of their customer service and price. Also they went above and beyond when a package wasn't delivered they went as far as to reach out to the postal service to see what's up. Also like their ability to make payments on an order. Which probably has me spending more money.

GBGood prices, good selection I've ordered from Suppz twice now. Both times I received free shipping which is great. Their selection is good. Not as vast as some other sites but still I can get most items I want or need. I live in Delaware and my orders are usually received in 3 days which isn't bad at all considering the shipping is free. They also accept coupon codes which helps the savings even more. I foresee Suppz getting more of my business.

GB… I finally recieved my package I finally received my package, which was mistakenly delivered by the post office. The delay in delivery was not Suppz's fault. I understand the concern the company had about refunding or replacing my lost item. I honestly felt the situation could have been handled differently. The customer service level is very poor.

GBGreat service from my experience I see some mixed reviews but I can say they helped me when I made a mistake on my order. I ordered late on Monday night and received shipping confirmation from them the next day, I noticed by my mistake I had ordered all of the same flavor of protein when I meant to put 2 & 2 of two different flavors, I called and they actually answered with a living breathing human being and said UPS hasn’t picked it up yet and they will gladly switch them for me. What more can you ask for?

GBI have used this company several times … I have used this company several times in the past and always find myself back on their website. Really good customer service and good prices. I do seem to have issues with the tracking numbers they provide. The tracking number always says "Preparing for shipment" and never updates. I would like to see them bring back the Facebook coupon codes for their followers.
