The only odd thing with Suppz is that they tend to be short staffed and delay shipping by a day or two during promos related to events like the Arnold Classic. Seems odd to run a promo then deviate from normal ship times because of understaffing. I've had two experiences like this. Products arrived only a few days later than normal, but now I make a mental note to order elsewhere when there's an event-related promo, which is only a few times per year. Otherwise, I'm a very faithful Suppz customer, and have no plans to change. Great small business!

I understand the concern the company had about refunding or replacing my lost item. I honestly felt the situation could have been handled differently. The customer service level is very poor.
