I do seem to have issues with the tracking numbers they provide. The tracking number always says "Preparing for shipment" and never updates. I would like to see them bring back the Facebook coupon codes for their followers.

I sent them an email with a picture attached and they apologized and sent another can to replace it. I will definitely order from these guys again. The latest order has an incorrect item, but customer service can only be reached from 8 to 5 CST. I liked the idea of free 1-2 shipping, since I'm in Iowa, but Bodybuilding.com has a warehouse in Wisconsin as well. They always deliver within 2 days and have never messed up an order.
