Thistle has been the perfect solution… Thistle has been the perfect solution for me. I was trying to eat the 30+ plants/week to make my microbiome happy. My grocery bills were high, I threw out a lot of food, and I was about to give up. Then came along Thistle. I spend less on Thistle than I did on groceries. The food is not only nutritious, it's delicious. I tried a couple other services -- and they literally sent me ultra-processed ingredients -- what I was trying to get away from! I'm very grateful for Thistle!

Thistle has literally saved my life This all has literally saved my life - literally. My husband and I both work intense jobs and we had a baby six months ago and since then our health is gone out the window with no time to cook. We wind up ordering GrubHub every night and I’ve gained weight and feel so unhealthy. it’s hard to find healthy takeout. I’m also vegetarian and he eats meat makes cooking even harder because I need to prepare two separate meals. Enter thistle and our life has changed. Now I could have dinner for both of us ready in less than 10 minutes. The meals are healthy, very veggie forward and super delicious. I often take a scoop out of mine to feed the six months old since the ingredients are so wholesome. Thanks again!

Convenient and Usually Delicious We do four to six Thistle meals a week, and it's convenient and healthy. Meals are a bit pricey, but most taste great and provide a nice change from our usual bland meals. One suggestion is to email on Wednesday about making any delivery changes. Sometimes I forget and I get too many meals delivered Monday morning. Other than those minor annoyances, it's been great.

Delicious meals that make going plant based easy. I have just gone through my first full day of meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. Each af the meals was super tasty. I made a switch from eating meat, to a plant based way of eating and quite frankly after three days of cooking for myself I was relieved to find such a great PREPARED meal plan. I would never be able to achieve this level of variety on my own and am excited on how this will positively affect my gut biome. I also am glad that I am no longer contributing to the damage that mass animal farming is doing to our environment. I have seen comments about the expense. If you consider time saved and quality and variety of the ingredients, I think it is a pretty good deal. I may at some point start making breakfast, but for now, Thistle is making the transition from eating out a lot and eating meat to a completely plant based meal plan totally seamless and worry free.

Food that comes is excellent but from day 1 I have had nothing but deliveries not showing up, meals missing, meals being wrong, delivery drivers refusing to take the coolers & plastic containers for their recycle program etc. Always met with a credit to my account for the next week. I am on week 5 and every week there is 1 or all of the issues above. It's just not reliable, it was supposed to help eleviate stress for meal planning with my schedule & since it's constantly a bargain if it will show up when it's supposed to, well Its caused more anxiety. For the price point its not worth it. Sadly I enjoy the food & it was helping me become & feel healthier but cannot support a company who cant get their quality assistance & drivers in order. again this has been every week since day 1. Thats not mistakes thats legit employees or third parties negating their jobs. Tonight was the last straw nothing showed up & no texts telling me of delays etc.
