GBQuality of Food and Service CUSTOMER SERVICE: The several times I’ve contacted customer support, the issues have been promptly resolved. Some of those issues have been delivery-related; others have been user error with the website. However, my concern re: customer service is that it is challenging to contact the company on a non delivery-related issue. FOOD: For the most part, I’m satisfied with the food options, particularly the wide range of low sodium options. Still feeling my way around the menu to determine where my food preferences best align. For example, while I like the way many of the dishes are seasoned, I’ve discovered that I’m not all that fond of the salads that use beans as the main protein source.

GBconsistently missing meals The meals that I receive are tasty and easy to prepare but I’m not receiving the meals that I order! The problem is that for FIVE weeks straight I have ordered 4 meals for the week and only ONE came packaged in the bag. Each week that passed with an error was corrected with a credit to my account for the missing meals; however, the errors kept happening and I would not have any food for the week. I understand that this type of mistake may happen but not FIVE CONSECUTIVE WEEKS! I will sadly need to find a new food delivery service since they can’t seem to fix the problem and I can’t eat credits to my account. Is this happening to anyone else?

GBI like how ofter deliveries come and… I like how ofter deliveries come and being able to edit easily depending on travel schedules, etc. I really like the options for the juices - the lunches and dinners are super handy. I think we are still figuring out how much or how little to order - we've had to throw out a couple because we ordered too much. I like the flavors of the dressings as well - it would be super cool to share recipes on your website for your subscribers in case we wanted to make any of those yummy dressings ourselves!

GBLove this food so much Love, love, love this food. It’s super expensive, but we stretch it out. I love that we have virtually no wasted food at the end of the week like we’d normally have with traditional grocery shopping. I have had issues with delivery, like items being in their sides so the dressings pop open, but customer service credited me immediately for the damaged items and flagged the account for extra care.

GBGreat Food, Bad Packing/Delivery New customer starting February 2024. I reside in the NYC/CT metro area. I ordered lunches, snacks, and dinners for M-Thursday. I was impressed with the quality and taste of offerings. In the six weeks that I was a member before cancelling, I only received two deliveries that were correct. The others had item(s) missing, some total no shows. The customer service was good at responding back with apologies and refunds on missing items and some delivery charges. They would deliver to my area on Sundays in the 6p-10p range and most would arrive on the later end. The convenience they offer became an annoyance on Sundays to take the time to itemize everything and relay back to customer service with their errors, I’ve just cancelled my service. It’s a shame because I loved the food but the company has a long way to go before they can offer an overall excellent service and customer experience. My advice, spend more money and time on hiring competent packing, shipping and delivery/logistics staff. Have bags checked, double and triple checked before leaving kitchen facility.
