GBThistle has been the perfect solution… Thistle has been the perfect solution for me. I was trying to eat the 30+ plants/week to make my microbiome happy. My grocery bills were high, I threw out a lot of food, and I was about to give up. Then came along Thistle. I spend less on Thistle than I did on groceries. The food is not only nutritious, it's delicious. I tried a couple other services -- and they literally sent me ultra-processed ingredients -- what I was trying to get away from! I'm very grateful for Thistle!

GBconsistently missing meals The meals that I receive are tasty and easy to prepare but I’m not receiving the meals that I order! The problem is that for FIVE weeks straight I have ordered 4 meals for the week and only ONE came packaged in the bag. Each week that passed with an error was corrected with a credit to my account for the missing meals; however, the errors kept happening and I would not have any food for the week. I understand that this type of mistake may happen but not FIVE CONSECUTIVE WEEKS! I will sadly need to find a new food delivery service since they can’t seem to fix the problem and I can’t eat credits to my account. Is this happening to anyone else?

GBSooooo worth it!!! They offer early delivery times multiple times per week, so meals aren’t sitting in the sun all day or wilting in the fridge for a week - perfect! The meals and snacks taste AMAZING! There is a great variety of options and ingredients, which was a nice surprise. Other meal delivery services we tried tended to use the same ingredients over and over, which quickly became monotonous. Thistle is our new favorite by far!! We loved everything we tried!

This is saved my life as I am so so busy don’t have time for shopping cooking chopping all those nutritious delicious foods that are delivered to my doorstep fresh twice a week. GBGreat Food, Bad Packing/Delivery New customer starting February 2024. I reside in the NYC/CT metro area. I ordered lunches, snacks, and dinners for M-Thursday. I was impressed with the quality and taste of offerings. In the six weeks that I was a member before cancelling, I only received two deliveries that were correct. The others had item(s) missing, some total no shows. The customer service was good at responding back with apologies and refunds on missing items and some delivery charges. They would deliver to my area on Sundays in the 6p-10p range and most would arrive on the later end. The convenience they offer became an annoyance on Sundays to take the time to itemize everything and relay back to customer service with their errors, I’ve just cancelled my service. It’s a shame because I loved the food but the company has a long way to go before they can offer an overall excellent service and customer experience. My advice, spend more money and time on hiring competent packing, shipping and delivery/logistics staff. Have bags checked, double and triple checked before leaving kitchen facility.
