overall great lunch option consistent and accurate deliveries. reasonable variety. food is always fresh. Overall, a great option to guarantee clean eating for 1-2 meals per day. I order lunches for the entire work week and feel great about improving this aspect of my diet.

Quality of Food and Service CUSTOMER SERVICE: The several times I’ve contacted customer support, the issues have been promptly resolved. Some of those issues have been delivery-related; others have been user error with the website. However, my concern re: customer service is that it is challenging to contact the company on a non delivery-related issue. FOOD: For the most part, I’m satisfied with the food options, particularly the wide range of low sodium options. Still feeling my way around the menu to determine where my food preferences best align. For example, while I like the way many of the dishes are seasoned, I’ve discovered that I’m not all that fond of the salads that use beans as the main protein source.

Thistle has made life so much easier… Thistle has made life so much easier and I've lost about 15 lbs. I've been using Thistle for over 3 months now for our dinners and occasionally for lunches and both my husband and I enjoy the meals and the healthy ingredients. It's been worth every penny for us. My only issue is the plastic packaging. So I'm looking forward to when they're able to figure out a more sustainable option.

Unfortunately ill have to stop service… Unfortunately ill have to stop service with them. Food that comes is excellent but from day 1 I have had nothing but deliveries not showing up, meals missing, meals being wrong, delivery drivers refusing to take the coolers & plastic containers for their recycle program etc. Always met with a credit to my account for the next week. I am on week 5 and every week there is 1 or all of the issues above. It's just not reliable, it was supposed to help eleviate stress for meal planning with my schedule & since it's constantly a bargain if it will show up when it's supposed to, well Its caused more anxiety. For the price point its not worth it. Sadly I enjoy the food & it was helping me become & feel healthier but cannot support a company who cant get their quality assistance & drivers in order. again this has been every week since day 1. Thats not mistakes thats legit employees or third parties negating their jobs. Tonight was the last straw nothing showed up & no texts telling me of delays etc.

Good food, packaging needs to improve The food is good quality and tasty, however I can't deal with the amount of single-use plastic they send twice a week. I've considered cancelling because our recycling is always overflowing with Thistle plastic. Also, we have never had a driver successfully pick up our old cooler bag. Overall, packaging needs to improve to include resuable options that actually get picked up and less plastic.
